I agree I just bought my first machine after much consideration and a lot of your videos I bought a 2017 outlander 570 and I love it but yupp the kinda sucks
You guys are killing it. Awesome work so far. Not only rebuilding an awesome quad all the editing and filming is a job in its self. Mad respect guys! 👍
Not to try and spend more of your guys money but I highly highly recommend the jay parts steering stem and Pitman arm. The stock stuff may be tight now but it will get play again after a few rides... It's a lot more work to swap those parts after all of that is back together lol. Just my .02 cents! ... Other then that keep at it guys you are doing well! 🍻 Cheers
We were actually one of the first to have the Jay Parts pitman arm! We would love to upgrade it to that, but we’re trying to keep things on a budget. We ended up getting a good used pitman arm with tie rods for $20! 🤘🏼
doing good boy's. i just got hit with a cancelation for the headgasket i ordered due to quality apparently. got to wait now till april 20th for the new kit. 2 kits 2 different places did this to me already hope u guys are having better luck. i useually use ebay or amazon but i need a good cheaper place to get parts. mostly everything is in the us for my bike.
The quad logic floorboards are pretty cool. I was thinking about those before I decided to make my own again for my renegade. Also, I agree with dumping that torq locker differential. Now the rear differential, if the previous owner did not put bellows boots on the vent lines or differentials themselves, I would rebuild that entire diff.
Installed the billet cam chain tensioner from quad logic yesterday!! Oem had been leaking for over a year. Actually talked to Marshall about it last summer 😂
Hi guys, looks like you got a lot of fun work ahead of you, question? What’s your thoughts on the new rings are you going to hon out the jugs and are you going .10 over with the rings?
4Lok for the win!!
Seth, your Visco on the 850 was sounding rough the last time we rode!!

No. I'm going to heat tape the gas tank.
