Looks like your legs are bit weak. Does this pose make legs thinner. I m already having thin legs due to diabetic . Please advice ..
Hi, I am already suffering badly with the flatfeet along with really bad heelpain, kneepain thigh joint pain, doctor has asked me to wear my shoes all the time with a flatfeet support pad in the shoe. Can i try this excercise with shoes? Because you are doing bare feet and i can't even walk one step without my shoes. So can i do with my shoes,, will it help me ?

I have seen other videos of utkatasana , where the experts keep their hands parallel to the ground in final position, but ur hands r lifted up..What is the difference in both positions ....

How to engage core?
Engaging your core means contracting your trunk muscles to provide support for your spine and pelvis in static positions and during dynamic movements.
These muscles are used for balance, lifting, pushing, pulling, and general movement.

Hi! Thank for your instructions. I have a question...why the lower back it feels more realese when you rotate internaly and engage your thighs?

In this pose, the thighs, the glutes and the core are all engaged. This brings the pelvis to neutral and releases the strain from the lower back.

Is it a root pose?
How long we must be in this pose
You can stay in this pose for 10-20 seconds or depending upon your capacity. Repeat it 3-5 times.
If you feel like your body only allows you to assume this pose just for 5-6 seconds that is completely fine. Respect your bodily limits.
