Just found your channel today Warren, enjoyed watching your Q and A and your honesty. As I said in another video, I like your " less is more " which I'm working on from today. I've watched a few today and tried the arm swing, it feels so natural. I remember Bernhard Langer demonstating the foot together drill back in '93 just after I started. Me and my mate were keen to see big Dustin hit driver so we hovered around a tee waiting for him to come through. Both you guys tee'd off and the big fella outdrove you by a fair bit. As you were walking off the tee you quipped to the crowd 'That's the first time he's knocked it passed me today'.😂😂 Top craich mate and all the very best for 2024❤
Hi John, blimey what a small world. I remember hitting one driver well and he outdrove me about 40 yards and that is doing him an injustice! Warren, you're very honest and remember you have won on tour many times, not many can say that, you held a job that only what a few hundred get to play on tour each year.i hope you keep this channel you are good at teaching too. I've seen supposed big teachers do a channel and they're not close to you. As Bobby Jones said you can talk or write about golf many ways and someone finally gets it, you do that better than the rest.

The best thing is if you have film of your swing from the two angles I do on my split screen videos, from behind and front. Then you can send them into me via instagram or Facebook message. If you could put a bit of info about your game and what you would like more of, what your bad shots are, any physical ailments you may have that is restricting you. Really enjoying the channel and can see that You and Trevor are getting what you need from it too. Thanks for opening up about your mental challenges in golf, I always think of Marcus Trescothick who really lifted the lid on demons elite level sport and they are present in all walks of life. By tge way Sam Torrance ran over my foot at the Benson and Hedges in the 90s, so he could do with a driver!

It has always been something I fought since I was young, and always thought I was just strange or weird as nothing was even talked about privately or publicly. I tried to manage it as best as I could knowing what I knew and have a sadness that it was the one area that if I had the tools to deal with it I may have had more of a chance to stick around longer. Hi Warren fantastic viewing. As I mentioned on an earlier correspondence I love your relaxed approach to golf instruction. Also you have clearly had anxiety issues in the past as have I. I have only recently managed to take each game as it comes trying not to put too much pressure on myself as every day is different. My consistency and enjoyment has improved immeasurably. I look forward to following your channel in 2024.
That is a very sensible and wise mentally to carry with you. I think far too many golfers put pressure on themselves by taking it too seriously. Sure it’s good to play well but remembering to look up and smell the roses from time to time and play with a smile on our faces is so important, or maybe I’m just getting an old sentimental old bugger! Like our friend in Australia I also went down the rabbit hole of following far too many golf instruction videos on YourTube. An interesting experience but I just ended up confusing myself trying to follow instruction on how to swing like Rory or Dustin or Bryson. My back quickly informed me that I will never swing like the elite! You provide solid and realistically achieveable content that helps my golf game....all pain free. Given the quality content of your channel, your coaching style and with Trev as a co-star I would expect that your subscriber base will grow. I do hope that some nearby golf club picks you up as a coach and you can offer one on one lessons. All the best from Canada.
Hi Graeme, Thanks for letting me know. It’s so easy to do that though because if we hear something a coach says we can’t in hear it, and it’s only human nature to experiment. Sometimes having a break away can be good thing, but a plan does need to be in place when a golfer re starts again, finding drills etc that can do zero harm and will always keep the improvement curve going up is the key. But, I do have a net and launch monitor set up in my garage and I get to hit some balls and practise most days. I have the perfect set up for trying all of the drills that you prescribe, apart from longer clubs as the height of garage ceiling does not allow anything past a 6 iron. I just watched your new video on less is more and the proper release sequence......a penny just dropped and I will get the impact bag out today and get my release tuned in. Thanks. Must say your weather looks so nice and you and Trev are lucky to get outside. Cheers!

I love this channel. The videos are so well presented and the content is very clear. I wonder if you could ever do a video on how to swing “old school” like Colin Montgomerie? I have never seen a video by him which really explains the mechanics of how he makes his swing and my attempts to copy that have been dismal. You’ve got me thinking now! It’s not a swing I would get people to copy as it does have what I call positive compensations in his swing that are very individual to him.
