Hopefully this answer can provide you some help, but generally the design calculations for jet engines is part of the field of "Turbomachinery". There are some great books and video courses about Turbomachinery available on Google and RUclips for free.

The dimensions are missing for most sketches passed the 19 minute mark, it makes it very difficult to follow. Please can you send some sketch dimensions or drawings?
