I got a 2020 Ninja 650 in December 2023 as my first bike. 2300 miles for $6K cash. Been having a lot of fun. Will be a while before getting a liter bike. Have much to learn. Already hit top speed in that 650 though. Here is the key difference: I know how to ride the bike. I don't know how the bike rides.

My steering feel is perfect. I have no issues with the stock dampener, it can easily be adjusted within the ecu flash. Technology marches forward. Embrace it.
