How to unlock Funky Kong in MK Wii!!

Funky Kong is an absolutle juggernaut in Mariokart Wii and today I'll be explaining how to unlock him! However I won't be going in to depth of what I'm doing in the actual time trial races however I sumarize this and give the bare bones of how to unlock him.
