So I got a very interesting email yesterday from a viewer. And this is what that email said. I was recently watching reruns of American idol to my surprise. Marjorie Taylor green was on American Idol's first year. It is truly hilarious watching her get kicked off the stage for being so bad. The funny part was when she got mad, because she thought she was good. You have, you have got to watch this short clip from RUclips, by the way, she used an alias name of Stephanie Sugarman. Um, but is it, is it actually Marjorie Taylor green there? I'm gonna unfortunately have to throw some cold water on this and say, no, I do not. Unfortunately think that this is Marjorie Taylor green and here's the thing. Right? Okay. And the little thing it says, Stephanie Sugarman, 23 years old. Um, the first season of American idol was 2002. So it would've been 20 years ago. Marjorie Taylor green is currently 48. So, so she would've been 28 at the time. So if you're lying about your name, you lie about your age too, that individual in the clip, you know, maybe she could have actually been 28. She definitely looks a little bit younger, but I don't think it's too far of a stretch to say, okay, the timeline, the timeline could work fairly, but it could.
So how do we determine whether or not this is in fact Marjorie Taylor green, right? I mean, she looks a lot like her. Well, the accent for one Marjorie Taylor green was born in Georgia has lived in small town, Georgia. Most of her life, she has a Southern accent that is very hard to shake. And that woman, Stephanie Sugarman in the video has, has no Southern accent at all.

My dad was an art-teacher and an artist, primarily a painter, and I've been dragged to many museums and art exhibitions in my life.
I've seen pictures of several of Adolf's pieces, and while I never considered them particularly good (quite boring to be frank), I've seen pieces I would consider worse.
I'm not an expert, and to give an expertise opinion one would have to study his work in person to get an impression of how he works, his use of the pensel and how he worked the canvas.
I think one of the reasons he wasn't accepted was that they probably wanted something more, I'm not sure if the right word is explorative, but it's what comes to mind.
If we look at the era, it was the time of Expressionism, Surrealism, Dadaism, Cubism, and Adolf's style was very neoclassical and idyllical - so quite the opposite of what was part of the time.
Adolf probably had a huge distaste for contemporary art already before he became the guy we know about, who absolutely hated Expressionism.
It's actually quite interesting, and this is completely anecdotal and based on my own experiences, but when it comes to vocal strong distaste of "modern art", it seems like it's very often people on the far-right and very authoritarian types.
It's like they can't enjoy art unless there's a roaring deer in front of a forest lake, or a beautiful building on the painting - or that it's almost, if not photorealistic.
Only times they like "different" art, is when it's something that somehow can provoke in a kind of immature bullying fashion.
But as I said, it's purely anecdotal based on my own experiences....

Not really. Studies have shown that your accent becomes permanent around the age of 11-12 or something like that. And even if you live somewhere else for an extended period of time and pick up certain speech habits as a result, it's still not going to completely transform your native accent into a new one.
