Last week I read that a suspect in a chase in Arkansas got a yr and he killed someone during that chase. There's no way anyone here would get the same. They should get a hell of a lot more but here he's going to get booked, get released on bail in less than a days time then when it's time to sentence him they'll plead the charges down and he'll do maybe 3 months and some probation time. That's why this crap keeps happening. There's no real time given... 🙄
California is way too lenient on crime! But in the midwest and in the south if you do something like this you're gonna do some time for sure. Real criminals know not to go into rural and suburban areas with dope cuz they keep you a lot longer.

NorCal got speeders like we do down south and the frequent traffic jams as well . But I’ve been here in SoCal since birth and I could say we got crazy drivers that are fast and slow . And I lived in Silicon Valley to Brentwood in NorCal. My family lives up there as well. I didn’t see 100+ even now unless you have no traffic then of course most will go a minimum 80 with the flow of traffic. I think it’s just California in general, but I could say we have a lot of high-speed chases is down here more than anywhere else. In general, I just think it’s just California that has these issues no matter where you live that are bigger populated areas happen more often.

I can't believe the copper chopper doesn't have a lazer guided machine gun attached to it cuz you could end this pursuit and a lot of other one if they saw this car getting shot to peices, or even have a guided missile on the chopper lock on the target and blow them up

I really like how this was handled. Backing off and follow at a distance until he gets in a trap or runs out of gas. There is absolutely no point to have chases which make a severe crash only more likely. But it's clear that the punishment must be drastic. The funny thing though is that the speed limit on the German Autobahn is in some stretches higher than 100 mph (160 km/h). Can be 180 km/h, but rarely more. Used to be unlimited in some stretches.
If it wasn't for the headlines, this reckless driver could been confused for some random BMW driver speeding through traffic.
