I got a bit sad when I discovered I had a hole the size of my fist under the clutch pedal (wasn't visible when I bought the car) meanwhile this absolute savage has a samurai with no footwell floor. You are the best!
Got any videos on removing the bezel from around the air selector and radio? I think I have a loose or broken cable that controls the air "vector" doors. I just reached under the dash and set it to defrost. I gotta have that.
I'll be ordering more stuff from you, but I have, what I believe to be the whole A/C system including the dash part with the A/C button. My question is, does the wiring harness have all the plugs I need to just plug in? Or do I need the wire harness he supplied me with also along with the ECU? Which he gave me also. I WILL be needing the compressor bracket for sure. Thanks in advance. I'm having a cold one with ya. LOL
Aaaaaaay Tony. Thanks. Hope it works the same on a 86 Jap tin top. Gotta pull the heater because it’s leaking inside and the motor is missing full throttle aswell. Great s from across the pond!
Thanks for sharing the ideas, brother. Love your videos they are in detail and quite entertaining. I wish you guys had Jimmy's in USA also but only Samurais were imported there in the 80s
I was able to time my 1993 Escudo by watching your video. But now I need to set the valves which I don't know much about. Could you please make a video showing how to set the vavles for 1993 16 valve engine please? Thanks. I have subscribed. And when can I expect to see it?
Love your videos man . Just got back from a utah muzzle loader dear hunt . Success 🤪 my 87 Sami did everything I could expect. That being said he or she depending on the day could use a lower gear. Would you suggest a regear or a splitter.
I cannot find a springs/suspension video do you have one? I put new springs on my Sammy that are HD but now it rides like a brick however the shimmy my gearing has going between 1 and 2nd went away. Solved one issue but created another one.
Got a question for you. I have a 1988.5 Samurai with a 1.3L engine. It has a carburetor. It's go the square vents. My check engine light is on. I went to reset the check engine light with the check engine light switch under the dash but found that the three wires that come from the switch are not connected to anything. It appears that the previous owners likely replaced some of the instruments and didn't reconnect the switch. Is it possible to clear the check engine light without the switch? I tried removing the negative battery terminal but that did not work. What causes that light to come on anyways? Is it purely a maintenance warning light or could there be something wrong. I can't find any information about it other than it is a warming light for maintenance purposes. Thanks,
That's why I watched your video, just in case I have to remove the dash to get it wired back in. I was hoping there might be another way to do it before pulling off the dash. Thanks @@Hwy83SUZUKI
I'll check into that. Was not aware of that possibility. That seems a little more reasonable although removing the dash does look fun. Thank you!!! @@Hwy83SUZUKI
Well shit, releasing the hood release cable was the only reason I clicked on this video, only to be told 7 minutes in that it’s the only thing not covered in this video

How similar is the dash removal to a 96 tracker? Do you have a video of that too?

Any chance you would consider a video on switching out the steering wheel on a Samurai?
what is the best option for a replacement dash? or can a guy restore the original. thanks

Do you think a Suzuki Alto dash or Suzuki Hustler dash and engine/sensors/displays would fit/be compatible with the Samurai dashboard?
Am looking for a source of parts for a 97 geo tracker . Any info appreciated.
How can I buy a speedometer with rpm meter?...bcoz my samurai has no rpm meter

Bonjour ! Je viens de démonter le tableau de bord mais comment fait on pour sortir ensuite tout le bloc-chauffage please ? Thanks for yours vidéos !
Hey, i need that rh upper dash/wiper motor cover.
Anybody know a website to buy a new dashboard for a 1989 samurai

For softer ride you want longer springs, like RUF-CJ kit or YJ kit
Im looking for an under dash panel, how to I order it?
Quick question, is it possible to access the wiper motor just by releasing that longer plastic screw cover on the passenger side?
Negative
What part is behind the dashboard to bring the heat and cold???
Hello where is the chassis number and plate located ok this sj410?
do you sell the boby
Is that Fred Flintstone's car?

@@gsschneck you can just remove the gauge cluster, don't need to pull the whole dash

Taking shit apart is easy. Putting it back together, not so much.
