Hi. We received a parcel with the help of a friend. That friend asked me to help repair an old watch. It was a souvenir to help me fix it. I have completely restored the watch.

@@user-uy8br6jf7l Да это же современный будильник 2017 года. И он его СПЕЦИАЛЬНО кинул в неблагоприятные условия, поэтому он так и заржавел. А потом типа реставрация. Другое дело если бы он нашел в сарае полуразрушенном хрен знает сколько лежавший старый механический будильник и отреставрировал бы его (именно отреставрировал бы родной пружинный механизм и корпус и циферблат), вот это понимаю была бы вещь. А это постанова. Испортить вещь, чтобы потом типа отреставрировать. Кстати на каком-то канале есть видео и с механическим будилтником
И главное он не разбирал сам механизм. А там тоже небось ржаавчина

That's what was needed on wind alarm clock restoration the plastic clear clock lens..
Why did you put mud on it just to clean it, restoration can stand on it's own without the extra effects.

Please keep an honest title. Yes its a restauration but its a modern battery powered clock. I have vintage clocks in my house and they are all mechanical. Yes I have a vintage battery powered alarm clock but that one was made in the 70s not two years ago.
Not an antique alarm clock. A proper alarm clock has brass gear wheels, escapement and is spring wound and doesn't need an AA battery. Still great you got it working again.

i think the motor of my clock is broken. she will lightly "buzz" when the alarm goes off but wont ring loudly. any idea where I could buy just the motor? having a hard time finding online....
This is definitely not an old alarm clock. It is battery operated!! Old alarm clocks worked on a winding mechanism and never had a coloured body let alone a coloured face. You did a good job fixing this clock but please, stop calling it old....it isn't!

I can’t say just how disappointed I was when the clock was opened and instead of cogs and springs there were cheap wires. I'm at the grandfather time of life and I have no idea who the character is that everyone is talking about. But you can only work on what’s in front of you.
The smearing mud on things before working on them only serves to take away your own credibility. Your not in the Hand Tools Rescue or My Mechanics league but there’s also a lot worse than you on RUclips. Work on honing the skills you have rather than trying to pull the wool over people's eyes. You could have a good channel.
What you did with the clock was good as you got it working and looking good, which at the end of the day is the purpose of the video. Well done with that.
The character is a cartoon sticker used in the chatting app called Line. It's like whatsapp, but developed in Korea. This particular set of stickers, named BT21, was made in collaboration with the famous Korean Boy Band called BTS or Bangtan boys. One of the characters is on the clock face. These stickers were only made in 2017 so it's proof that this is not an antique clock. If you'd like to know more you can search BT21 or visit their official youtube channel to see how the characters were made in the collaboration. Hope this helps 😊

Not Haring but that's a BTW alarm clock the person who sent you that just rubbed foundation all over and dipped it in water for like 3 minutes and just left it to rust.

Well ...
Firstly, this is not an "old" or "antique" clock. This is a clock related to BTS with BT21 merchandise, and it means that this clock is no more than two years old!
Secondly, I wonder WHAT had to be done with this clock so that it turned into such trash in just two years😵😵😵?! "Are you an ARMY at all or what?" - I want to ask the owner of this clock ...😏😏😏
Thirdly, I believe that the color of the clock after restoration doesn't match the original, but in this case (I believe so) it is really important to match the color!
Fourthly, I would recommend you to change the title of this video by adding the mention of BTS and BT21 so as not to mislead the audience and at the same time increase the number of views. 😉😁
