Nice groin warm up. During the groing squat are the toes tucked under or flat on the floor? Also, I got a tighter inner thigh on the left side only. I felt it during the kneeled side lunge while sitting back. I was wondering if something got stuck like the internal obturator muscle because it's tight in a straddle position as well.
