Wow! This resonates with me big time! I cannot talk my way out of a bad mood either. The need to recognize it and feel it is the only way for me to get through it. Here's to better days!
Really thankful for this episode, especially the second half. Also, I find that those days come at specific times of my ovulation cycle. Tracking that has helped me accept and understand my moods when I know what my body is going through. A good scream in my car and going fight club on my pillows helps me validate my frustration and irritation. Thank you for all you share!
One thing that seems to help me sleep is pray in my head Now I’m not super religious so I don’t use the usual prayer thing that everybody does before they go to sleep. I’m doing it like start the prayer like everybody does and then proceed to talk to God like he’s an average Joe, ask questions like “How’s it going?” or “Do you or your angels do anything big on Earth?” and most often “I wish THIS would happen in my life” For some reason this puts me to sleep the best. Anything else I think about or imagine keeps me awake //Take a hint, brain, I wanna sleep// I definitely recommend just saying Hi to God in your head, talk to him about anything, it might really help you sleep
“Does anybody else take like 9?
……okay bye.”
That was the funniest freaking closer to a podcast episode ever 🤣🤣🤣
