Beth Mossman I think they do a good job when it comes to the different packs’ color palettes (jungle adventure, tiny living, eco lifestyle, base game) all of the packs have one or two clear cut themes/styles, wood tones, and colors. but when it comes to combining all of them........ all I can say is good luck! You’ll probably end up with a black and white wood tone house bc they can be so hard to match
I just deleted Sims 4 off my laptop because it was taking too much space, because I need storage in my laptop for online school. THE NEW CUSTOM CONTENT IS SO GOOD! Makes me want to download it again!!!
Also why would they pay them when they are already doing it for free. It just sucks that they don’t invest in quality work like this within their company.

When you think of all the time and work they put into this...just blown away its always stunning. Not to mention other creators like Peacemaker who practically adds on to packs, and creates his own furniture. And then you look at Sims 4 Starwars...money for ugly and unusable vs free and always beautiful 😂

I use Peacemakers Windows and Door Add-Ons in almost all my builds. Since the windows are broken because of the new update I rarely play anymore because I can't use my build 🙈
For the floating counter/island if you go to where you can pick the counter shape there is one that comes with the side like the waterfall esque shape. You can use that to support them.
the last update broke all the CC windows and doors. Bafroom will need an update to be usable and I’m so sad. There are no alternatives even from dlc. their pack is unmatched
I am STILL genuinely baffled as to why EA hasn't hired some of these incredibly talented CC creators! Can you even imagine how much better every single pack or expansion would be if this was the sort of creativity and attention that went into them?!
When I see this all I can think about is: there is NO excuse the sims team can come up with. They don't even give us full counters. Come oooooon. This CC pack is a masterpiece ❤️

I have a great LP idea that I came up with a few minutes ago: use James's website to deactivate all of the packs. Play a normal base game life/infinite legacy challenge. Every time one of your household sims die, you activate a random pack generated by the website. Keep playing the legacy until you have all the packs. You can keep going on as long as EA adds new packs, which they do all the time. (free packs don't count, and no CC.) The cool thing is, anyone can do this challenge because it can go either way for any RUclipsr. If you wanna go extreme, you can get a new EA account and the sims 4, and then every time a sim dies, you BUY a new random pack.. (That is my challenge. I call it COOPADOOP'S SIMS CHALLANGE)
I am always impressed with The CC that comes out for Sims 4 but always depressed with most of Content we are offered from EA.... it’s sad but so thankful for modders because I probably wouldn’t play sims 4 with what they give us to be honest.

This is all so beautiful. I'm so excited whenever they release a new pack. High quality, matching content. I am a bit disappointed that there isn't a matching bar though. I often like to have outside bars in my BBQ area.

I think the floating counter is meant to be placed between the regular counters so you can make it like a bench/desk to sit at (If it's up against a wall), or you can put a bin under it.
The island pieces can be used against a wall. So one side of the wall is an indoor kitchen with a big window to the outside and the island counters get placed under the window. So it is like an indoor/outdoor kitchen space. Im not sure if that is the actual use but thats what I'm thinking of using it for!

Hey Deli, 👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾 I could be wrong but I believe the floating countertops are meant to be put with a half wall to create a pass-through affect with a floating countertop. It’s matches with more modern/ minimalist build; it creates a sense of airy spacey-ness because of the emptiness underneath. I know that one of the half walls lines up perfectly with the counters and I always assumed that was why and it looks like they incorporated that idea into this design. I love this pack.
Felixandre is possibly the best CC creator out there. Since he also figured out how to adjust the textures of his items to the Sims 4 art style, there is no doubt his stuff is perfection. I know it is not free, but check out his Japan inspired build and buy sets. Mindblowing.
Maybe the floating island pieces are for if you want to make your own custom counters. Like using a base game counter and then placing those pieces on top to make a marble countertop.
for the floating counters, i think you would put a normal counter then a flouting one next to it and then another normal counter on the other side is it’s like you could put a stool or bin underneath
For the counter top pieces you were confused about, I believe you attach them to the back of the counter piece. For example you would have one side of the counter where you prepare food, and the other side (the floating bit) would be for seating. That is at least how I picture it in my head, I was also a little confused to see a floating counter piece but I could see it having some good use. Appreciate the video, I always like when people lay out the cc in packs bc I am too lazy to look through it all by myself lol.

I want a farming pack so badly. As a farmer myself, it's the pack I'm missing the most! Also a stuff/game pack that allows for sports teams. I think that would be cool, being able to have kids and teens on a bunch of team sports that you can actually interact with.
