hey Deli, i don't know how many people agree with this but i'd rather have builds with more cc than all of the game packs in them because i still don't have many of the packs and cc you can just download for free (well most of it!)

The cc creator RAVASHEEN has also done than tiny living couch but also where it in the sections so you can customise the size of the couch and also sectionals (called sofa, so good sectional)

1:34 there was a really funny moment in a spanish press conference about the covid situation where the doctor speaking started coughing and scared everyone in the audience but it turned out he had just eaten almonds before the conference lmao
Just a note on eggshells - the shell colour depends on the colour of the hen's feathers :) So a brown hen will have brown eggs, and a white hen (more common than brown in North America) will produce white eggs! No bleaching!
Exactly what I came to say. Everyone should thumbs up this comment so Deli sees it and can hopefully help to dispel the myth of white eggs being that way due to bleaching.

That isn't exactly how it works? There are white chickens that lay brown eggs, brown/black chickens that lay white eggs, and some chickens will even lay blue or green eggs! There's no difference between different-colored eggs though, aside from the color of the shell, so brown eggs are just as healthy for you as white eggs, and vice versa. It's also not possible to bleach eggs since the shells are porous, and they would absorb whatever you bleached them in.

@@JennyDavid the blue eggs are actually really cool, my family owns some chickens who lay green/blue eggs and it's always really exciting for kids.
Most garages here are full with handyman-stuff, bikes, wood, lot of junk etc. So I don't see why you couldn't make garages more often. Make a nice workspace for stuff like making candles etc.

It's impossible to build a good starter home. It's set in stone
What do you feel is the hard part? Like, what’s wrong with the builds you do? Because I love Deli but her builds isn’t that mind blowing, check out Devon Bumbkin or Simproved (she just built an air ballon home!) for example who makes unique builds everytime with lots of personality. You can try to start by straight up copy homes from pictures on google, after a few builds you should get a feel for what you like, what ”works” (that’s subjective though, if you feel happy with your build it works in my eyes) and how to achieve it. And I think the best thing if you want to get better is trying, trying and failing and trying again (: Try to start by making your dream home (should be the easiest since you know what you like and don’t have to be as creative as when you just build from no inspo at all), when you’re done, leave it for a few days, come back and tweak it, after you’ve done that with a few builds you’ll have to tweak less and less. And as I said, I love Deli or I wouldn’t be here, but when I see people thinking that what Deli does is almost inachievable I feel like...no, don’t do yourself like that, you’re better than that, girl 🙇🏻♀️ Most important thing is that you’re happy with your build, you deserve something satisfying to look at all those hours playing 🙂

@@LucaTheGay what's nonbinary? they're people like myself who aren't male or female, and instead they're somewhere in the middle, a combination of genders, something else altogether, or no gender at all! there's a bunch of ways to identify outside of the man/woman binary and it's all under the umbrella of "nonbinary" !!

@@LucaTheGay the word binary can refer to a lot of different things. coding is one of them, sure, but anything that is split into two boxes can be a binary - like men & women. so "nonbinary" means you're not in one of those boxes
@E R super true!!!! I end up fiddling with my sims bodies so much to get both the "masculine" and "feminine" clothes to look the same and they'll still look so odd 😭

Eggs can be naturally white btw, it depends on the type of breed of the hens! They definitely don't bleach them in europe and they're still white, even from farm chickens
Omg I just realised I can play sims tomorrow!!! I haven’t been able to play for 5 months because my laptop broke so quarantine has been super boring but now I’m getting a full on pc so now it will run smoother than ever and I can download all my cc again. Love it! I just studied Mid-century modern design and I just love how despite being created in the 50s, when you mix it with other eras of design, (especially with such an eye-sore like the 70s) it can give the space such a face-lift
Love the build, I never liked this style, but now it’s been in so long that it’s grown on me. Here in Sweden you get eggs with brown shells or stark white, it depends on the hen I guess but they are never bleached.

I think those type of basements are called “daylight basements” (in the US at least). And usually it’s a basement with windows and or outdoor access to the yard!

This is the most pleasant build i've seen in TS4, i never really liked 70s style but it is made so contemporarily and everything ties together, love it.
I grew up in a 70s style home a lot like this but not nearly as big (I’m 44) and you absolutely nailed the style. People wallpapered everything!!!
I finally caved and downloaded the cc for the first time yesterday from the ones you and grim have showcased and I’m so glad i did, cuz it making want to play the sims more

Deli, you should do this more if you enjoy it so much. Don't let us restrict you as much, as long as there are some builds that we can get easily on the gallery. We just love watching how you build and you enjoying yourself. As myself as someone who don't have access to cc content (hi my console buddies 😂) I find it so cool to see all this cc and how players use it! I really admire your courage in using so many colors together. You somehow manage to make it work. My personal style is probably a bit more IKEA inspired. I like to keep the amount of colors in a room to about 3-5. Preferably having one multicolored item to base the color palette on.

The only reason I knew where that lean on wall mirror was from is because it's Vixellas favorite mirror that she uses in ever build so I hear her say it's from jungle adventure a lot. I also think the word you were looking for to describe the bar is refinished when you redo wood of items. Loved this build! ❤️

Mass sale eggs are powerwashed here in the states (no bleach involved). It's one of the main reasons we have to keep them in the fridge. I buy brown eggs from a local farmers market. They can be stored on the shelf if I want, although I still store them in the fridge because I'm paranoid I'll break them if they're anywhere else 🤷🏼♀️.

It might not be the same and I’m probably a noob when it comes to the sims but I get a toy car and up scale it to the size of a real car, build an open garage and put the car in there so it looks like you have one 🤷🏼♀️

White eggs are not bleached, it's just a natural type of egg colour that chickens produce!
Also, thanks so much for showcasing all this great CC, your advocating for Maxis Match has changed my CC taste over the years, for the better! So much easier to build a cohesive home when mixing with game items, too.

Mid-century modern is my favorite style, too. I love the cleaner lines and sleeker style of modern, but the warmer colors and tactile textures of mid-century, so an updated version of the style is perfect to me. I adore this house and your decorating. I also really like that you are as particular about your CC as I am, so I can trust your opinion on creators and download your recommendations knowing I'll love it and use it.

I love how this came out. I got the littledica pack when you first reviewed it and it's one of my favorite packs ever. The counters fit so seamless. I love how modern the appliances are too. It doesn't hurt that the color swatches actually all match too. 😂
I agree about the Star Wars stuff being versatile though! But also I’m so excited to design some of my richer Sim’s kid’s rooms to Star Wars themes. Like not just characters with The Child here and some CC posters from the films there but with actual Batuu decorations! And many of the plants look great anywhere as well as all of the mini spacecrafts and droids that not only can be put in kid’s bedrooms but on display in offices and living rooms too.
This is one of my top favorite houses she built like omg just look at it !!!🤩

I love Deli natural own style and I guess it’s just because I believe that letting ‘artist be the artist’ /do their own thing is important to art, that it bothers me when they are to considerate of our opinions even though that is a great trait to have, especially as a channel host. But when she just goes all out I tend to love the house more because it pushes me outside of the safe boundaries and I feel like that’s what interior designers do, they take your idea and the amplify it.
Either way I love the house it’s beautiful and I’m probably gonna play in it. 🥰

I actually would love more cc builds, the creators in this community deserve the spitlight you can give them. And by that i don't mean only the fact that you speak to a large audience but mostly that you actually do such beautiful builds with such great taste that you manage to make those cc really pop. And it's great because some of us ar enot really in the cc scene and we wouldn't have known of those packs if you haven't showcased them in these videos
i absolutely ADORE this! also this is so random but I don't think american eggs are bleached I just think they have a different common breed of chickens than we do in australia. you can get chickens that lay like green and blue eggs so I'm sure its just the different breed

I love this build! I can imagine putting this in the Get Famous world, it just looks like something I would see in old school California, and I would even keep the grandmas house story. And her grandchild would move in with her and pursue the acting career.

Deli I don't know if you'll see this, considering I'm commenting this over a month later. But different types of chickens lay different color of eggs! I say this as a person who has a few types of chickens. Our chickens lay white, brown, and green/ blue!

Just FYI our eggs are NOT bleached. The color of the egg depends on the chicken that lays it. We tend to raise chickens that lay white eggs but you can find brown eggs in the grocery stores. I’m sure their are cases of bleaching eggs but more often then not it is not the case. Thanks for the awesome video deli!

American eggshells are white because of the breed of chicken they’re from! White eggshells are a totally normal natural color, it just depends on the chicken haha
