    I always use a clutch controller for my clutch, I thinks it’s the best options cuz then you don’t need gear set to make so the engine doesn’t die whenever you first start moving and also makes so when you are stopped your engine can keep generating electricity.

    one thing i noticed that really tripped me up was catalytic converters are directional so make sure you have the in an out set up correctly or it wont let your exhaust trough

    I wish they fix the overheating problem with modular engines. I got a medium in line 5 cylinder with a 3x3 radiator per cylinder with a reservoir water tank and overheats at 8 rps of work

    for weeks ive been having issues where my modular engines always overheated even though the system always worked at max throttle on constant RPS with no patch notes saying anything about a change which couldve been responsible for this problem. its 4 1x1 cylinders and the cooling system is like with the engine in the video

      Honestly the way I fixed the overhesting was by using as much cooling as possible. See I build a medium sized medical ship that required a large modular engine that was about 24 crankshafts long. But even when I had tried to run jt I would always run into issue with temp skyrocketing. I suggest for you to cool your engjnes mainly with fresh wter if possible and some radiators. Water cooling is best so use enough pumps to suppy cold water in and hot water out. Another thing is if u have an ECU set the AFR to something greater than 14.7. This would reduce your rps but would lower tempuratures. Anyway I hope this helped.

      @@lskittle2748 i always used water cooled with one electric radiator, i once tried running it through 3 electric radiators (it goes into the first from there right into the second and so on) and even there it didnt help, not to mention such a system is something i dont enjoy as i preferably make planes, before i had the issue i had no pump but now i use an impeller pump or this one that is specifically for the modular engine like it was in the video. as is rather obvious my space is rather limited inside a fusolage, not that i got any coolant system worthy of being used inside a plane due to spacial limitations, and lowering the RPS is effective but a plane is for flying, not driving. spacewise i would say my coolant system could be a maximum of 4 blocks long, 3 blocks wide, and 2-3 blocks tall (the radiators can stick out at the bottom).

    Could you make an airplane tutorial pls, i am really struggling to build one

    I was wondering wat the difrends in gearboxes is outside of how heavy it is?

    Why haven't I ever seen the gas relief valve issue?

    • @454ss_gaming
      @454ss_gaming  3 месяца назад +4

      Maybe it was fixed, but what I saw happen is that that at a very low pressure, the engine stops getting fuel, and you cant refill it either... Pretty much destroys the engine :D

      @@454ss_gaming I use a fluid pump hooked to the crank to pump my fuel out, do you think that doing so might counteract the pressure issue?

    • @pelvismen5510
      @pelvismen5510 3 месяца назад

      @@evanestrada3407I think it works, can't test it myself, but a relief valve is probably better in terms of power usage and a little bit of space.

    I dont know if im just blind, but cant seem to find the generator microcontroller in the workshop.
    Did you delete it?

    I did try and follow what was going on but my modular engines allways have a Demon RPS where it sounds like some kinda demon, how would i fix it

    Could you give me recommendations for more fuel efficiency in my ocean liner? it uses the 5x5 engine parts, and is also a WS engine bc i suck at engines. Right now it can go 29 KM according to AI based off of the fuel economy of like 0.0015km/Liter. I would like it to be able to go to the arctic with no issue, it has close to 20,000Liters of fuel, also it should still be fast aswell, it has a max speed with inf fuel off of about 70 km/h

    for some reason modular engines hate cars and trucks i dont know whats wrong with them once they are in a small space they no longer work at all

      ruclips.net/video/joKZUVYZuDg/видео.html I don't seem to have any issues! It might be the power transfer to the wheels, maybe need some more gearing?

      Probably an air supply issue
