Not really, if God existed in real life and he created Adam, Eve and Angels. They all wouldn't be siblings. There is a difference between being created and giving birth, it's why the angels and demons aren't the children of the supreme Diety and Demon King, only Meliodas, Zeldris and Elizabeth are.

Lol in my opinion, it sounds like she's trying to find a power higher then both the demon king and the supreme deity to end her suffering. Nobody in the verse is strong enough to do it but chaos, due to the blessings she gets from the both of them.
Maybe not all animes needs a betrayal, to be honest. i pretend it doesn't even exist the anime isn't the worse but this made it so much worse it's beyond pointless, stupid and serves no purpose but to destroy a great character that i love
How does it destroy her character? Before this we didn't know anything of her backstory and her true desires, this explains all that. And shows us this great thing beyond any of the races, and her obsession over Arthur.

Chaos are basically what came before all so if anything, they’re ancestors assuming there is a relationship.
