The mid-priced GE300 flagship from MOOER has been out for a few weeks now and all of the main features have been covered by other and very good RUclipsrs. So I've decided to go grassroots and build some presets - real world stuff. I hope you enjoy.
    108 high-quality AMP models
43 IR based factory speaker cab models
    Tri-voice polyphonic synthesizer module
TONE CAPTURE for sampling the tonal characteristics of guitar, amplifier, stomp box, and cabinet to create new digital preamp models, new impulse response files.
    164 high-quality effects
Programmable FX loop with optional signal chain routing.
Stereo outputs (1/4’’ and XLR) with independent signal chain routing.
MIDI IN/MIDI OUT/THRU with easy mapping and external ctrl switching to control your other pedals and amps.
PROGRAMMABLE footswitches with user selectable LED colors and assignable functions, allowing complete user customization of control scheme.
    Direct, low latency USB audio.
30 minutes loop station with undo/redo, direct dubbing, reverse + 1/2 speed effects. Looper sessions can be stored and backed up for import /export of audio files.
High-precision programable TUNER will make sure you’re in-tune at all times.

A comment from Brett about the sound quality compared to the Mooer GE200 and the Mooer Preamp Live would have been nice - is there a higher quality sound engine in the GE300 or is it just more features and higher hardware build quality that makes it considerably more expensive.

@@ZOMBIELANDakaUSA thats not what he is saying. He is saying, it isnt an American based company with consistent firmware updates and customer support. Helix, kemper, headrush all are domestically based with good post purchase support and firmware updates. They will honor their warranties. Good luck with all that fly by night mooer. For 200 bucks more you can get a helix lt, and it smokes this.

Trying to decide between the GE200 and the Ampero. Which do you prefer between the Ampero and your GE300 if I'm going for a Devin Townsend and Steven Wilson-style sound?

I own both an Ampero and a GE250. I can tell that the Ampero sounds much better and has much better compressor and drive options than the Mooer.

Paulo Vieira Thanks! I actually ended up getting the Ampero after finding a good deal on one. Really enjoying it so far!

@@DocHollidayGames Nice to hear that! I gave Mooer a chance but it can't stand a chance against the Hotone. Perhaps the next generation of its boards will be better.

Anyone know what model PRS that is? Not sure I've seen that exact pickup configuration on a PRS...

How come the led light on the footswitch doesn't turn on or off when you press it? The effect engagement indicates on the LCD screen with a tiny little picture but it might not be visible when actually used on the stage.

That's true and it's something that bothers me as well. Hopefully it's a simple firmware thing that can be addressed soon.

No. But you can import looper files as any .wav file (and export them too) with the studio editor.

This looks like it’s easier to use than an H9. Less trawling through submenus to get useable sounds.

How the pre-amp, can it react like vintage tube amp(hard to understand if never tried)? Means you can create sensitively different volume and overdrive (chime)just with yours fingers like with good vintage tube amps can do(guitar + hq cable + tube-amp)? For now i didn't found any digital effect etc. which can emulate tubes that wide dynamique behavior. Brett you are nice and pro guitar man and its easy and fun follow your vids : ) Greetings from Finland.
