Shout out to everyone who watched the Kazakhstan series! 🇰🇿 I know it's an unusual destination for many, but I hope these videos can show people what it's really like. For now it's back to Montreal, Canada... more adventures coming soon :)
I've really enjoyed seeing Kazakhstan through your eyes. I'd never thought much about it before but it's so much nicer than I ever expected. Hoping that you'll show us more exotic and unknown places (and hoping that you'll return to my Mexico soon, too!).
I have to say, sometimes we all travel to the same types of destinations. It's nice to see something new and different. And some places that are hoping for more tourism, getting attention :)
As a kazakh I never been there, thanks for your sharing, and I'm shocked that except for Astana and Almaty other parts are somehow really different! maybe that is truth of this country. anyway thanks again!
Duuude!!! You reached 100k!!! Congratulations! Shoutouts from Costa Rica! I've been following you from here to India, Mexico, etc... I love your content!
True fact about tea drinking tradition, yeah it's a never-ending process if you're as a guest at someone's place, out of hospitality you'll be asked to drink a lot of tea xD not forcefully by no means, but just to treat you as honourable guest That how slow-paced life of nomads was way back then in the past in this country
I miss doing this sort of vlog myself.. just wandering.. I can't wait to get back on the road soon where i'm not an expert on a topic but just exploring and soaking it all in :) Going to watch your whole Kazakhstan series now.
This seems to be such an interesting place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future when all this is over. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much!
I have watched your series about Kazakhstan. And I really loved it, your videos are different from other traveller's videos. Instead of telling just facts and showing places, you have also shared with your feelings throughout the trip and some valuable lessons that you've got. I really enjoyed it. It's just a pity that I've found it only now)
Kazakhstan, totally a Country off the beaten path for us Westerners, thanks Dan for sharing your beautiful images and colorful descriptions of each and every place you visit. HI to Nari and keep being IRIE Mon! :)
Actually it depends on a region and profession. The difference between salaries can be amazingly high. It's like from $100 to $4000 per month. There is a big gap between poor and rich people.
Dan is it my imagination or did you prefer your visit to Kazakhstan's former capital to your visit to Kazakhstan's current capital? If you prefer not to answer I understand.
Kazakhstan seems like a cool place to visit. I'm just sad in a way that visiting this country and spending money there you support an undemocratic ruler that locks up critics. And that supported you, Dan, to go there in order to make him more money by increasing tourism.
Well, the tourism there is gonna help the people too....I mean it's gonna help their overall economy and that's good for the people...plus if they wanna protest against their ruler then they can but don't you think it's better to do that with a strong economy than a weak one?
@@solkun8316 I never said that you weren't or that you guys are lazy to or anything.... that's not what I meant. But anyways, hope your protests are successful! 👍
*Question of the Day: What's the most modern or futuristic city you have visited?*
Dubai!! 😎
@@wilfredolan4889 that's a good one. I've never been to Dubai!

This city looks incredible.Never imagined those futuristic buildings in Central Asia
You Must Ashgabat Turkmenistan 😅
The city kinda looks like the *Capitol* from the Hunger Games.
And cool to see a youtuber from Winnipeg!

i have to say people of Kazakhstan are so friendly.
Oh yeah, especially people of southern parts of Kazakhstan. Probably they are the most friendly people in Kazakhstan.

I have heard that Kazakstan is really wealthy and that the average salaries are high from my friends that are from the former Soviet Union
Omg so not true. The average salary is 50 000t-60 000t it's 129-155 dollars per month.
Actually it depends on a region and profession.

It's Astana, not Astaña 😂

Astana not Asana

Oops!
Ugly new world. Soulless buildings
NWO ready.
Does it really say Donald J Trump is one of your patreon supporters??
No, it is city of the past.

it’s Astana...not Astania..where did you learn your english?
