Another secret. First go to a house plot and go to the bottom of the houses and get the rocket ship next. Go inside and go where the rocket is. Go to the top floor and jump on something and then you can climb up the secret stairs and then you can find a portal ball : note: I do not know if you can go into the portal. I never knew that but you can try it out for yourself
Go under the mat and you’ll see there’s a underworld and you can spawn cars on it if you find a surface that is flat enough to land on it use a helicopter
The bank ones aren't secrets, they are so clear to see when entering the bank. And the locker one is obvious aswell. PS: Emergency button is obvious aswell on the plane
You need to listen up just outside the arches. There's a broken house. If you go in the house there will be some drawers and a sink in one of the drawers. It's slightly open. Use the binoculars to read the note

on 11:40, I was exploring around, and I found the first or fourth room that said something like, "Fill the dirt under the hill that was once full." Or something like that. And it showed a woman... it was kind of creepy.
In one of the movies you can see that Mr. Brookhaven has a child. When the agency came he was a older child and that laptop in the secret room in the secret room in the house without a safe is his laptop and that picture is him. Also: in the gravity room it also shows the picture behind or next to every single message.
For movie codes if u go I to the agency bunker and turn all the blue number to white u will be able to enter the ground easier like it opens it up also the code that's in the stable will be uncovered but if there is any lit up blue the hole in ground isn't excessible unless u use a bag and the abandoned house it will be covered

There's actually more to that after you get that card you can go where the solar panels are and you could open the power box and then there is some sort of code that you have to find out for yourself and then after that you can control everything inside the power box. Theres another one for the bank. If you go to the pool near the spawn area, theres a secret path in there whcih leads to the bank safe
