How many days does it take for the english assessment (2nd round) test mail. Can anyone please tell me. I completed it today and did not yet received mail even though all the test cases have passed 😢

I wrote the IBM English assessment around 7 days ago. Is there any chance of getting shortlisted for next round? My application dashboard is showing the status " Under review" .
