Ganyan talaga basta Filipino ang nag iinterview grabe daming tanong and very meticulous sila unlike sa mga foreigner (base on own experience lang din) na very straight to the point and minimal lang ang questions and also napakabait nila and very considerate lalong lalo na sa mga newbies na willing matuto tulad ko nung first time ako ininterview sa first job ko ngayon. Hoping magkaron din ng magandang experience yung iba like sa na experience ko ngayon sa employer ko, so happy and contented with my job right now 😊

It seems like easy lang yung tanong pero ang hirap talaga pag ikaw na yung nanjan, but sa video nato you girl nailed it very well. nakaka proud !
Honesgly my english is bRoque😂..But during the interview i tend to be honest to myself..I end up unconscious about what will come ouf to my mouth just to express whaf i mean...So be nice ,confident, positive and honest it surely makes you never regret or embarass to ang interview..job interview is selling yourself...

As an agency owner, this interview is so long. Been working with US Clients and nakita ko talaga kaibahan ng clients interview compared to pinoys interviews. Mainly is, kapag nag interview si client, mas na ha highlight kung ano yung ma e ooffer mo or skills na meron ka na makaka benefit si client, magtatanong yan ng work experience yes but hindi kana hihimay himayin kung anong nangyari sa prev work exp mo. Yun nga lang may process din kasi yung agency how they hire people.
Girl, if I were the interviewer I wouldn’t need a final interview, that alone is final, and will hire you without waiting.

I only watch the first few minutes. I like your honesty on the job background mentioning you got laid off. Other Feedback, you can ommit unecessary words (I noticed this is common among filipinos to insert an extra word) e.g:
"I'm very much excited about.." (you can remove "much")
"..regarding about.." (you can remove "about")

Obviously pinoy ang nag.interview. I've been working as VA for more than 5years. Hindi ganyan mg.interview ang mga foreign clients. Straight to the point with regards to your skills and experiences as well as what you can do for their company or projects which only last 5-15mins interview.

The interviewer is obviously a Filipino, too. Had a lot of clients before where the interview was a lot more natural and focused only on your experiences and what you can bring to the table. But you really did great, SwitZ!! I hope you got the job and more clients to come. :)

I've done that before, difference is I made up my story. If you're reading trust me being emotional during interview will help you land the job. Just saying
