From Cebu, Do you have free training to ace an interview? As I see on your previous message that you are at top most agent I watched and I idolized how you pertain that kind of answers. I really need one as I applied 4 BPO companies which is call center and got rejected during final interview. I really need to ace my communicational skills to support 2 of my kids mostly my family.

Ganyan talaga basta Filipino ang nag iinterview grabe daming tanong and very meticulous sila unlike sa mga foreigner (base on own experience lang din) na very straight to the point and minimal lang ang questions and also napakabait nila and very considerate lalong lalo na sa mga newbies na willing matuto tulad ko nung first time ako ininterview sa first job ko ngayon. Hoping magkaron din ng magandang experience yung iba like sa na experience ko ngayon sa employer ko, so happy and contented with my job right now 😊

ganito pala ang sa mga agencies interview? yung bf ko initerview ng direct client nya ang tinanong lang "what is your name, time availability and okay ba ang salary sa kanya?" natapos sila ng 5 mins. Until now client parin yun ng bf ko. Kaya cancel na yung plan ko na ma agency. hehehe pero di ko masisisi ang mga agencies ganun din processing ng interview nila. Congrats Girl!

nabasa ko lang comsec, well iba tlga pg pinoy and client. syempre client ttignan pano maging useful si applicant. si pinoy, titignan pano magiging useful si applicant kay client at the same time titignan nya pano sya makikipagcommunicate kay client. not necessarily naghahanap sya ng specific na sagot dun sa tanong, titignan nya pano ihahandle ni applicant pg biglang unfamiliar ung tanong, memorized lang ba yung sagot nya nung una? pano pg unexpected ung tanong ko this time, pano kya sya sasagot, pano nya ihahandle ung biglaang pressure, etc. pov nung pinoy interviewer.
