Nice demo!! I like the implementation of NAM and then further shape your tone with drives/modulation/time-base effects. I'm testing it right now with my own amp and Captor. So far I like it but their own amps are not my cup of tea but that is personal preference. The cleans sounded very thin to me but that can be improved with tweaking. This whole concept surely has potential . There is a lot to choose from nowadays. ...The one I like the most that sounds very good out of the box is Scuffham S-gear. Every amp-sim has its pros and cons in the end.

Wow what a plug in. For me screams Amplitube… but nothing wrong with that and great to see the same Uber flexibility and broad sound really impressive.
Well it looks a lot like amplitube 4 did, but the grids aren't reassigned. The pedals on this sound better, and the fact that this has NAM on it with the tonestack modeling just ices the cake. But as for the cake itself, Two Notes simple has the best IR there is. Amplitube 5 in theory should be as good but they have the worst eq on top of their software that makes it always sound and feel boxy. Also they doesn't have IKs god awful product manager. Nothing worse than owning several hundreds of dollars worth of software and having to renew the damn license every time you open it. I'll be buying this for sure. Makes me actually upset I even paid for Tonex now lol.
Excellent overview. Although you very briefly touched on using Genome with a real amp, you reduced it to "this is backend stuff" and then moved on to building a standard 'in the box' preset. --> Genome also replaces/enhanced their original Wall of Sound (used with real amps). Can you cover Genome's use with a real amp in a future video? The majority of pro/semi-pro/gigging guitarists still use real (commonly tube) amps and who are very interested in what Genome bring into the equation when recording their sounds.
Question can you actually record in the software, I saw all of the tones but didn’t really see how you would be able to record the output without having to use different software. If you can record with it could you do a video on that.

It took me quite a while to tweak their amps, there is a sweet spot for almost all of them.
I just tried it and it has the best rat emulation I've heard so far !

Since you're the pedal guy, I would love to hear pedals into your interface through Genome. Using the pedal as a preamp.

No you can’t…it’s to use as a plugin within a DAW like Logic, or Pro Tools…it doesn’t come as standalone software
Did you try the reverb on Torpedo FX ? Seem be so bad and I need to switch off it every time: I hope will improve on next release...

I have never used Reaper…sorry! But it should just work like any other plugin you would use…so wherever you insert plugins to your track!
