Interesting to see a corn starch slurry being used as the glue for the wrappers and not just plain water like we usually see. Your version of spring rolls are also different from the ones I grew up eating. The ones I associate as spring rolls are much smaller and their skins don't bubble up and basically shatter when you bite into them.
