    📌📌📌CORRECTION: For rows 4-14 you will have 76 dc and not 88 as mentioned in video 📌📌📌
    📌📌CORRECTION: When diving the sleeves I said 17 instead of 15. It should be 15+27+30+27+15 equals 114 📌📌

      Oh no!! Sorry about that. So yes please check comments or description box before starting in case there are correction as I always write them there if any 😉😊

      But for row 4 you said there was 74 dc, then row 5 was 84 dc, then row 6 was 94 dc, I haven't gone further than that yet, but it doesn't make sense with your correction??

  • @lisawashburn1315
    @lisawashburn1315 4 года назад +8

    I need to point out that on the row where we are connecting the yoke to form our sleeves you said 15 stitches between the first sleeve and back but 17 for the other sleeve. But after completing the row you say 15 for both sides. So I had to undo my work and reposition my stitch markers. No big g deal for me as I’m a seasoned crocheter! I love your work! Very beautiful baby sweater! Will be making a couple more!

    Thank you for this pattern, Sara. I love it; it works for both boys and girls. Thanks also for giving us alternative ways to do the neckline trim and trim down the front. I find it easier to do regular HDC’s. Your trick about going between the stitches around the neckline (rather than on top) makes it look so pretty!

    Ive tried 4 times to make this i just couldn't keep up , i got as far as row 8 on 76 stitches after that i found it difficult to maintain 76 stitches with the increases for sleeves ,i just gave up, if you do another video with the corrections shown il gladly try again, i ended up making another cardigan on another video of yours which turned out fab too 💗

      Hi sorry to bother do you know what hook would be the best for the newborn one because I don’t have a 3.00 mm I only have the boye 3.125,3.50,3.75 and I don’t know which one is best they confuse me?

    • @georgianabranzei1445
      @georgianabranzei1445 4 года назад

      @@mitchelleestrada3625 Hi there! I would use the one that's the closest to 3 mm. I think the 3.125 would work fine, but it really depends on the type of yarn you're using as well. Maybe someone with more experience than myself can provide a more knowledgeable opinion. Good luck and remember to have fun! 😊

    Your way of teaching is very clear, your patterns are beautiful and reasonably simple to follow. I could have used a bit more clarification and up close pictures of when you are explaining the first couple of rows of the sleeves and the decrease stitches as well as the button holes. I really like the way you show pictures of the items in the beginning of the video. So often I will see a video (by other teachers) with a very small picture on the front, but when I go to take a closer look, there is no picture of the item. I really like the way you show details of the item. I hope I can find the boys hat video. This is my first baby sweater and it turned out very nice. Thank you.

    Hi! I love your patterns and your easy to follow RUclips videos! I have been making baby jackets like crazy for my baby to be and asked before on another video you had if you had written patterns and on that jacket you said you didn’t have a written pattern I could buy. I was wondering if you had a written pattern that I could purchase on this baby jacket. I start and stop the videos a lot because even though I have been crocheting for over ten years now your baby jackets are the first baby clothing items I have ever been able to follow along and make. Thanks so much for making your videos beginner friendly😊 If you don’t have written patterns will you have written patterns coming out to purchase soon? I found the front post and back post difficult at first. It did become easier and I really like the look of it. I found the absence of explanation of how to do the decrease stitch annoying. I replayed the video at least 10 times and still could not figure it out. I had to go looking elsewhere to learn how to do it. I would deffinitely not say this is a SUPER EASY pattern. Now I have to go and find where the sleeve starts on the video....for the second sleeve. A reminder of where it is on the video would have helped. Lovely pattern though...thank you!

    I bought your pattern on your site, it has been helpful having that and your you tube video to follow, except that when you attach the first sleeve, and start the decrease, on your pattern you do not mention skipping 2 chains and on the video you skip chains and then start the first decrease. Which one is correct? Thanks for your help! I am almost done😅

    Can you please please give us a chart of measurements for the different sizes. .I have made some of your beautiful patterns but I'm not sure if I have the same measurements. I know you give the measurements at the end but that would be too late when the article is finished. I know you are very busy but please would you do it. Many thanks
