Bring a towel. Bring shampoo n stuff for the showers. Bring electrolyte drink powder. Bring a hat for the sun and the cold. Sunglasses. A mask for the dust. Different shoes. Bandaids. Bring stuff to make your tent easier to find - decorate it. If you're driving, a small table is handy. A mirror is nice. Power strip to share the power. Bring a phone charging battery pack as well. Bring a credit card, it's cashless. Don't bring anything you can't afford to lose. Things happen. My fave. thing when camping is to setup a guest book for people to sign. Twinkle lights. Balloons. Baby Wipes. Enjoy! (PS Hundreds of phones get stolen in the venue by pickpockets. Tie your phone to yourself. Get a Running Belt. Get a junk phone. You don't need it anyways BEWARE.)
Great tips! I haven't gone to EDC in sooooooo long, my first one was in 2004 and I haven't gone since it's been in Vegas, so I'm soo stoked to go this year, it'll be my 20 year anniversary!!!! Take some supplements, Magnesium, Potassium and salt, gotta have those electrolytes! Alot of people drink a ton of water and flush out all their electrolytes and just have to pee a bazillion times. Drinking tons of water doesn't help you if you don't have the other stuff your body needs to make good use of that water!

wait. if i car camp, i park my car in a parking lot and lug my camp gear to the sign in area to get a random camp pod they assign me? can i bring a wagon to pile my stuff in to reduce the effort of going back and forth? can i bring walkie talkies to keep in touch with friends or is that prohibited.
When you say people are “sneaking in” alcohol… is that into camp or into the fest grounds? I assumed you could just bring whatever food, drinks or alcohol into camp… just trying to clarify. Thank you
no there are alcohol restrictions on what you can bring in! no glass, has to be a certain ABV% and you can only bring a certain amount - lasvegas.electricdaisycarnival.com/camp-edc/guidelines/

by the time monday late morning rolls around the cell service slowly comes back, since everyone leaves... i've never not been able to call an uber to get back to the strip at that point!
No service AT ALL. 2018 wasn’t too bad but I think it’s because it was the first year so not a lot of people camped. But every year after that has been bad. Hoping since they don’t have the turquoise lot this year there will be less bodies 😅

you have to do that walk either way, and it can be pretty long depending on where your tent is so i say just bring your luggage! but if you are driving/have a car full of supplies i'd maybe do more than 1 trip for that

I have one question if I already bought a rv camping pass but we are 6 and we already rented a rv for capacity of 6 and I heard that if you buy a rv camping pass they will give you the amount capacity of the rv that you have, so my question is if you think there’s a way that we can get another bracelet???
you are only allowed the capacity of your RV, so i would have your extra person find another group that has a vacant spot they can ride into camp with, and then join your RV once they're inside
you just go to the check-in area like usual to get your own wristband! have your group let you know where exactly their tent is at. then once you are checked in and have your band you can go find them. i did this last year!
This will be my 3rd year rv camping. The line is long in the am but it goes by fast. The gates open and the line is pretty much gone. I’ve also gone later in the evening like 7/8 pm and there was barely anyone in front of me. And again they check your rv super fast. They don’t really check it then just walk in and walk out. Even camping is the only way to go honestly.
I’ve read you just have to walk to the ride share drop off location but I’ve read some people walk out and go shop at a market across the street and it’s no big deal coming in and out

If you bring a mirror make sure it’s not a glass mirror! No glass allowed!
