Oh yes! Get there early for opening ceremonies to avoid peak traffic, when driving toward the speedway on Las Vegas Blvd, stay to the far right lane to skip all the traffic. Then, when you get close to your gate to park, switch to your left, you’ll save a lot of time. Do not use the shoulder lane though, there’s a lot of police. Finally, I recommend heading to the speedway on a full tank and leaving before 4am to avoid the gnarly traffic of the festival ending.
@@sonyabrown3488 In 2022, we arrived to the speedway at approximately 6:00 pm and we were able to park (free) in the Brown Lot by entering Gate 3. My guess is, if you arrive later than that, you will still be able to park, it just may be a 5-15 minute walk to the festival entrance. I would recommend taking Las Vegas Blvd instead of the I-15 😁.

According to the edc headliner handbook that comes in the ticket box, “non professional flash/still cameras, handheld video devices under 6 inches.” Also, I looked up your camera and I have seen other headliners on RUclips use similar cameras at EDC.

I don’t live in Vegas nor Nevada, but hopefully one day I’ll go back and hopefully I’ll have enough to go to EDC depending on which when it happens. When does EDC normally happen? Is it mostly in the summer or fall? Or does it vary by yr ?
EDC happens in May, usually around the 3rd weekend of the month. I believe GA tickets this year started around $500 and VIP started around $900. I always did the payment plan since it would spread the payments over the year instead of all upfront -- that's a big chunk of change! Also, thank fully, the festival will always be there, so if not soon, definitely in the future I hope you can go too.
If you joined the waitlist on the official edclasvegas.frontgatetickets.com website, that should be a safe option. One tip is to purchase from a trusted friend, maybe someone in your rave fam who is selling one. Hope you get a pass!

Well, the festival guidelines don't explicitly prohibit or allow fidget toys. However, I have seen people with spinners, pop-its, and other small toys like finger puppets. As long as it doesn't look like a weapon or something dangerous, it should not be an issue.
For anybody seeing my comment my best tip is to bring a mini tsa lock and lock ur zippers on ur hydro backpack it leaves me feeling so secured all night long 😭🤞❤️🩹

But I want to go this year again but I’m hesitant bc of the large crowd but I go to tons of festivals it just can be overwhelming sometimes I’ve always gotten the eebie jeebies before walking into festivals but then it was all built in my head lol but I’m like 75% sure I want too 🥺

My first was 2022! Here my tips. FOR THE LOVE OF HUMANITY bring chapstick the air is full of dust and salt my lips got SOOO bad. And please please have some anti theft bag for your stuff my phone got stolen and it was a horrible to get home and communicate.
Both of those great tips! Chapstick is number one item that my wife will always be sure to bring in and have at the ready at all times 😅😅. And sorry to hear about your phone, I know the feeling of not being able to get home and communicate 😖.
TIP for your first time take care of ur phone, and back up everything before you go. trust me! pit pockets are so fucking common and they work together to steal so many phones.
Great tip! A short search on r/edclasvegas and you'll find a lot of threads about this issue. I just saw a clip from Beyond where a bag was found with a bunch of phones😣.
@@ravetourguide I did the pods last year it was def worth it because camp EDC is amazing pool party during the day plus with the camping you can go in and out of EDC if you want to take a break or get some quite time inbetween sets but definitely pricey but worth it

Yes! The earplugs for sure. I think VIP sometimes even offers Tylenol for free along with feminine products and hair ties😊.

Hey they don't take cash inside! but its always good to have a bit have cash on you for safety after.
Paying with a card is an easy way to track expenses during the weekend, too 😅. We bring cash for drink tips 🍺!
