I am glad that you feel happy. Being home with Viv is everything. And your brother is watching over you. I am ok. It's summer here in the US and that is when I still have my struggles with my old ED thoughts. My husband likes to go to alot of fairs and shows and there are so many people and food that I get panic and I don't eat. So being in recovery is still hard at times. But I am doing my best and my husband is wonderful.

How are you doin now ababy? I was ' discharged ' from my Ed team yesterday as I am ' stable ' . No better, no worse. I feel like I miss their supervision and feel frightened, altho I do not want ' recovery ' in the sense if changing my eating and weight ! I want someone but I can't stay with them when I don't change n their will b alot of people who need them to progress . I end up alone n I don't know wot I want now . I'm glad you're home tho , that is best . I wouldn't leave home unless they made me x 😢

I want to be able to achieve this; it would be the most amazing thing I ever did for myself. I know it would be better for my daughter too, but I just don't know if I can do it. Are you on Instagram? You did so well in 2020! You did it before and we know you can do it again. Don't give up on recovery. It's hard yes but you are worthy of living a happy life without Anorexia
Great news ababy , you are home ! This is the best place for you now , I'm sure your daughter is happy to have you home too . I always check in to c how you are doin . Keep as well as you can and relax and enjoy life in the moment , it's great now to know we are not alone with pursues and eating disorders , how awful that the past ' treatment ' adds more trauma and it feels hopeless then . I feel comforted to see you, you are one of the few people I follow on RUclips. Some of the eating disorder stuff is not relevant or helpful , I feel , sometimes, just ' kids ' playing n pls god they neva ' know 'anorexia really n foreva x ❤

Sometimes are ' best ' is ' our best and other people do not realise that and hope for or want more ! A day at a time , to try and enjoy your life with those you love . Happy you are home ❤ but also kinda worried. Please try to eat larger meals like 200 grams snitzel or something. I really don't want you to have to go back to hospital. Focus on your nutrition. Try cronometer its very helpful and upgraded one tells you what micros you have had and need.
