Really proud, keep going but be patient as it definitely takes time to adjust, you've already overcome so much by taking the initiative and responsibility to help yourself and that is something to be proud of! I promise, your body will thank you for it. You'll notice over time how much better you will feel- more energy, less depressed and soon see how stunning you are! Stress, anxiety and fear are all temporary feelings, just try to keep positive thoughts. Don't worry about other people, you may not realise but most people seeing this video will be so happy and in awe! The journey is hard but once you get passed that mental barrier you can actually start to enjoy life in the moment. Lastly love yourself!! you seem slightly distressed and ashamed but I see a courageous, loving, artistic, kind, creative and beautiful woman who is doing something not all people can do. You deserve to live a long healthy life after all this suffering. Please have confidence to not sabotage and give up on yourself. I had to leave a comment as I feel relieved and just want to scream YOU GO GIRL! It's lovely seeing you post, it seems like a therapy type session. Try to make time for the things you love as that will make you more motivated to want to get your life back. I hope to see you thrive even more, your daughter and all these strangers love you lots, supporting you all the way ❤

This is my first time seeing your videos, and Im so glad that you're recovering from whatever you went through <3 Ive been stuck in the hospital for prolonged times too, and Im so so proud of you for getting through it. Having medical things going on is obviously rough, and just from watching this, I can tell that youve been super strong to get through it ❤❤❤

Hi Angela! I just saw this recent RUclips video . I'm glad you are doin well and are at home . Its so hard with a long term eating disorder to change behaviours and feelings , I think . I hope your recovery coach can support you to keep moving forward. I think without support ' we ' don't see clearly and don't know where to turn . It's a terrible illness to live with n I find it very frustrating that ' other ' people don't understand. You are doin amazing and I feel your conflict n distress , drives me to despair if I think about my situation n feel bad because it strains on otha people too x ❤

I'm so sorry for your loss. I just saw your video pop up and thought I'd see what it was about. I hope you're holding up well. Just keep persevering and pushing through another day. I struggle with a lot of depression and am a recovering heroin addict and alcoholic and also abused every other drug under the sun lol(I guess it's not very funny, though, is it? 😅) and struggle with a lot of body issues and dysmorphia. So I understand how hard it can be in day to day life sometimes. Just keep pushing on. I hope you're doing well after your loss in the family. I don't know what to say other than just keep on keeping on, and I'll be sending positive thoughts and prayers your way.

I think you deserve HUGE congratulations for trying so hard, and for fighting so hard! What you see as 'not good' and is going against what the bad part of your brain wants, is what others see as brilliant, succeeding, as it is leading to better health and wellbeing.....but for you it comes with anxiety......but you are dealing with the anxiety it is giving you (well done!) for the better good. I am SO pleased for you (as you deserve good things) and all the best for the continuation of everything xxxxxx

Just keep going! Say to yourself: "I need the weight to able to ... (be present, mother my girl, achieve my goals, be active, be able to move freely, feel my body functioning well etc.). Weight is good. Weight is life. Weight is presence. Weight is power. Weight is strength. Weight is energy. Weight is stability. Weight is safety. True safety." Then forget the weight and move on to the next thing. ☺

I’m 14 and I’ve nearly fully recovered and I can tell you I wouldn’t trade the ed for a single one of the memories I’ve made, relationships I’ve built with my friends and the things I’ve been able to do ❤ Anyone reading you are beautiful and make this world way better, take care of ur health and the environment! There’s just so many things to do, people to meet also, reach ur inner child’s dreams❤❤:) Recovery is the best choice for everyone, you too 💞
