      Me too.
Johann Hari brought me to Ruger Bregman, who in turn brought me here.

What an amazing model, people, concept, results. God bless you! We should all adhere to this

I've felt very lost lately whenever I thought about my future. The job-world seems so non-transparent and tangled and I always felt hopeless, tiny and out of control thinking about it.
But seeing how good it actually works if you build on trust and simplicity and how much happier the people are like that gave me a lot of hope. Thank you

Excellent Presentation. What I see is a team of committed individuals hence the self-management and self-organization. Thank you

    Truly inspirational.
Could the business of the future require no managers?
There has to be a different way - and this looks the most easily adaptable and flexible for any kind of business.

Bureaucracy can make things complicated, and at the end it kills things.

This problem that he mentions for the healthcare, is not only present in healthcare in the NL, but in every single aspect. Everything is governed by rules, and subset of rules, and subset of subset of rules. Regulations upon regulations, restrictions upon restrictions.

I wonder if these could work for other professions such as doctors and teachers
