Absolutely gorgeous coach.
I own an Outlaw, which is an Emerald build… I can tell you these people that run their business are the most helpful folks I have ever dealt with, I didn’t buy my coach new, however the folks at emerald treat us like we have purchased a dozen brand new coaches from them, hey they even sent two technicians to my HOUSE when I was having an issue I could not figure out….. and they didn’t even charge me for the repair, it was not under warranty…. Who does this… EMERALD DOES… THEY ARE THE BEST.. BTW I live in Central Florida…. It’s not like I was in Texas . # Emerald is great !

Wow! Very impressive coach. Kudos to the Emerald team! Love the PDI upgrade for the Prevost engine. Incredible -- gotta have. Puts the Prevost engine on par with Cummins from a "bling" perspective. Way to go!! Also love the upgraded paint. As you said, Andrew, the paint job is a major step up - par with Liberty and Newell. Waterdrop system is also a step up re: organization of water filters and maintenance. Really appreciate the additional attention paid by the Emerald team to squaring away the lines, cables and organization of the bays. Smart thinking moving the Oasis Heater from the engine bay to the electric bay. I am very impressed the additional thinking that the Emerald team has made. Truly demonstrates the "voice of the customer" thinking.

Incredible coach , Andrew thanks for showing all the design and engineering aspects, easy maintenance and serviceable spaces. I might suggest to Emerald too Move The Fire Suppresion manual handle to the bay behind the generator. If there was a fire and you opened the generator door the flames would come out the top of the bay , requiring you to put your hand and arm into the flames to pull the fire extinguisher, rather than to slam the door shut, open the door behind and then pull the fire extinguisher. Andrew, Thank you for showing us Emerald Luxury Coach. This coach was beautiful and I like there way of building and keeping things easy and simple. Thanks for all you do too as we are looking at purchasing a coach in the future and your channel gives us lots to see and think about.

Question Andrew, is the PDI strictly cosmetic or did the engine get more power and torque.

The 100 anniversary h345 looks sharp and is nice to drive, but it's annoying that you can't replace headlights, have to replace the whole light assembly. Also the windshields are almost $800

Yes you can use this coach in cold climates! It’s equipped for it! !
It's a beautiful coach with great technical systems. I look forward to the day when a customer deletes the generator and just adds more lithium. After all, the engine alternators are generators.

Why not make those bed room doors fold out then push back inside, to keep the floor open and not blocked by the door.

Why not solar on the roof? Why do you need generator when you have so much batteries?
You probably need fire suppression for that lithium batteries storage bay.
Our batteries are in a metal box this design to keep a fire in ! if there was a problem!

There is ! the component wasn’t in and we videoed this coach before delivery so we weren’t 100% complete! Thank you for the question!

I'm really sorry but with all this hype and the paint job my goodness the interior was such a letdown it felt like I was looking at the operating room of a hospital they need to go to Liberty Coach and borrow some of their designers for a little while or have the Motor Coach store redo it
