If you're not getting progress, play the witch queen and light fall mission. That's how I got it
Its buggy according to Reddit. Sometime you get progress, sometimes not :(
So which mission do you play to get progress just asking

I think it has to do with whether or not you've completed all for that are available. When I looked at the triumph I had 3 completely already even though I hadn't done them recently. I did the Forsaken one and didn't get any progress. Then I saw that the Lightfall one had a completion reward available. I did that one and it counted as the four one I needed. @@360GameTV
I'm doing my first now but have credit fore 3. So thank you to those that got me credit.
We had to go and do four of them even though it said we had three out of four done already. Once we did the fourth, it was completed for us.
I didn’t get progress when replaying a mission but got progress for each of the 4 missions. Perhaps if you do it solo you have to do each, otherwise you get more progress if you play them in a fireteam

I did this and got every ornament but my mark it's not in my postmaster or my collections anyone else have that issue?

You get each piece from the cayde stash chests and then you get the ornaments from the special delivery terminal
I tried caydes fate and the witch Queen and I'm still 2/4 no progress way to go Bungie!! Just like the accidental generosity, exactly what players want to do

I don’t know why everyone is complaining about this. I got the entire thing done; solo. It took me about four hours to get Legend. Have people forgotten how to grind? Geez.
