I fucking hate how, after 5 years of being absent in the comics, the first thing they say about Kaine is that they killed him offscreen. That’s so on-brand for Spider-Man editorial.
Not to mention him and Peter haven’t reconciled after the superior Spider-Man thing so kaine still thinks Peter is an asshole
They didn't kill him off screen. He died fighting the inheritors during either the first or second Spider-Verse event

One thing I like about Cindy/Silk is she somehow manages to be one of the most impulsive Spider-People which is chalk full of impulsive people
That's the thing about her that I really despised about during her debut. She's better now but I really did dislike her.
We all knew it was going to happen, but it was nice at 12:53 to see everyone finally be cured of being a wasp-thing. Missed opportunity, though. The Queen became a giant Kaiju. You have multiversal Spider-Men. You'd think Leopardon and Supaidaman would've shown up at the end to fight her.
That would have been Pretty cool actually 😄
They did, they just skipped over it in the video, probably because they didn’t do much before Peter blasted her from existence

Ben Riley was made a villain because he has no niche for himself as a Spiderman, even being the Clone Spiderman was taken by Kaine.
@@reddishcarp1237Ben filled the role being the successful Spider-Man. While Peter was an over the top edgelord during the clone saga, Ben had the more lighthearted traits. Being turned a villain ruins all the development they gave him over the years.
Kaine had only been the ideal Clone Spiderman during his Scarlet Spider run.

The Clone Saga could have just ended without telling who is the real Peter, had Ben (who may or may not be the clone) become the full time Spider-man while Peter (who may or may not be the clone) goes off to actually be a dad and satisfies the internal struggle within Marvel of who wanted a non married peter and those who wanted to keep him married.

Honestly, i love the concept of Bailey/Spider-Boy. They have this dagger that basically False Hydras people, so why not use it to have fun retconning the series to fill plotholes.
But Stan Lee hates sidekicks and SpiderMan was his answer to that so instead of grown man superhero we got a teenage boy that was the main hero, which is why he blew up like he did because he was so relatable to the main comic book audience at the time. The only reason sidekicks were invented was so the reader could imagine himself as the young sidekick with Batman or the Flash, and it worked to an extent. But the sidekick never took the hero spot in our hearts no matter if he was relatable or not. Then came Spider-Man the best of both worlds. Plus, since Stan Lee couldn’t stand sidekicks and Spider-Man was his solution to it, I feel like they can add sidekicks ti whoever they want, but just not Spider-Man.
His suit is ugly, Spiderman already has a protege that isn’t a sidekick and it works. Idk why they thought this was a good idea and if they wanted to try out a side kick, they could’ve used another character that is more of a novice compared to Peter. Kamla comes to mind

I really love Peter ParkedCar. I have a few memories of this, but I dont remember the name (but i love it).
It irratates me to no end that once peter unraveled he was suddenly no longer the "chose one"? Since when? The entire story since it happened was we lost the chosen one, we dont have the chosen one we dont have the original peter oh suddenly silk is the chosen one in the last 3 seconds of the story? Tf and the thing is peter was restored so his past was restored so that means he would still be the "chosen one" the one who got bit first
Don't worry they just somehow what to move on from peter.......but they find it hard to do so (as peter is the most famous).
At this point being the chosen one doesn't even matter (i see it as being the one with plot armor) but chosing silk probably isn't a good idea (which is why i think it won't last)

It's their way of removing Miles from peters shadow....Miles was meant to just be a random alternate universe but he grew so much they picked him over all the others to join peter in 616 since his popularity has risen to where he can now stand on his own 2 feet now they are removing him from underneath peter and making him his own hero...kind of like what they tried to do with Nightwing and Batman but failed lol
