I have a solo raid build I’ve been using to speed run the guardian build. It works out for swapping cards that legendary charisma is one of the specials I swap in. It’s a build for running the raids solo and I’m not concerned with not being able to share a card. Just the extra special it provides me. With the removal of the charisma cap for selling and buying to vendors I can also add the charisma on top to get even better prices. 🤷🏽♂️
Been a bloodied build for many years, and love it! I just got the Tesla canon, and made a bloody one, it's doing 1,500 damage with the direct current and Edison ii, and I don't have all mods unlocked yet! I can't wait, to see just what this new weapon can do, once get everything unlocked! Not only that, but I also have a two shot, that I use the alternating current mod, that tags EVERYTHING with a direct hit on an enemy! This weapon, if they don't nerf it, is going to go on my top 3 heavy guns!

Honestly if your build is the same as this or so similar you feel the need to make changes to yours just to beat accusations of you stealing the build just means you made a solid build to start with, don't feel like you need to change the build you made just to beat the accusers, you're playing the same game as turtle there are always going to be builds that are so similar they look like a copy and paste but there is only so much you can do with what the game has to offer and what works the best in it.
I run bloodied commando build most of the time, swapping to full health heavy gunner build for raids. The biggest issue I have is carry weight when I give up all my unyielding points. I need a 2000lb stash box!
If anything the Plasma Caster is weaker now, but your perks seem to be stronger. I've been using the Plasma Caster as my main weapon for years, and after this recent update it's been doing less damage on my main build (due to enemy balances and changes). This will be the first time in a long time I will have to consider switching my build and possibly weapons around to make up for the loss of damage. Especially given Sentry Bots, Death Claws, and Super Mutants have been heavily buffed up. I went from one-shotting a Sentry Bot Fusion Core, One-shotting Super Mutants with a head-shot, and killing most enemies really fast, to having to use around 15 rounds from my Plasma Caster to take out the Sentry Bot, multiple shots to kill a level 100 Super Mutant, and others that I used to kill quick are surviving 4x or more the shots they wouldn't have survived before. I use a full-health power armor build, it's not Bloodied, so I understand it's damage wouldn't be quite as high (though I am still just as tanky as I was before), but this build definitely killed things much faster before than it does now.
Please dont forget that Anti-Armor is not the best option for full health builds anymore. During the past months with all the rebalances on enemies most of them got reduced DR/ER now and increased HP. So Aristocrats & Junkies will outperform Anti-Armor on most or even all full health build. For bloodied builds I would also 100% recommend bloodied weaps over Anti-Armor due to the bigger damage boost.
What they need to do is the way you have your legendary perks set up should be linked to your specific bill so I don’t have to go in. Take out all these cards to replace them with these cards just for this specific little bill like a commando build versus my heavy gunner build Because I don’t have all my cards maxed out like that. I might only have most of my cards maxed out at like three and maybe one or two of them is like two stars, but I have a pretty good build on my own that I’ve learned over the years, but I like watching videos to see where I can better myself in my build with more detail and I’ve been doing that a lot lately. You’re like one of my favorite channels I follow, but I think that’s what Bethesda should do to have your legendary perk loadouts per character build so you can change it up without moving all those cards around they should think about that in an update in the future.
Was farming the 1st boss today for Vulcan set as a level 505 and i clutched it as the last man standing for my squad twice when it would've been a lost. Felt so good ☺️ had a gauss minigun with vampire & explosive 👌 bullet shield, dodgy, and ricochet with vamp especially saved my behind. Best part is that i haven't joined a team that requires mics (used the way points instead just fine) need to work on getting "taking one for the team"
Turtle that’s twice you mentioned before leaf clover and it seems like you’re mistaking it for something else. Poor leaf clover is a VAT per car that increases your credit meter when you miss that which really shouldn’t happen because when you’re using bats and cutting a box should be standing “mouth that every shot hitright maybe if you’re trying to shoot down a storage space from a long range and you’re using baths and credit, but you might be missing but generally freaking out on poorly over helping most heavy gunners
You can run raids with this quite easily-just remove your rads and you’ll be good to go. (You can definitely get away with low health for most/all parts if you have emergency protocols and dodgy and know what you’re doing)

I been running Vulcan with oe full endurance 2* and through hikers. With the reduction to ap costs i find it's better economy to use lucky on your Gatling plasma then vats optimized. As you'll still crit every other shot but you can stack endurance on your armor instead of luck (1 slot on the weapon vs 4 on your armor) and instead of having to grab a single resistance on your second star you're boosting all elemental resistance from natural resistance as well as boosting your health and ap.
Hey Turtle, I have noticed the grey DOT indicator for cremator and other weapons doesn’t show on the enemy health bar anymore. Is this intentional or maybe a bug?

I dont usually like Bloodied/PA/Heavy Gun builds as thats what basically everyone runs and I hate using what everyone else uses, but this does seem fun. I however, dont have Legendary Perks maxxed out (only level 210), which greatly reduced what I can have. I find bloodied to be very squishy, when they're supposedly quite tanky. I also dont have any good rolled weapons. Really looking forward to unlocking the Cremator though, I love DoT playstles. I also love using the Plasma Caster, though mine is two shot.
If you want to tank with bloodied builds you just want really high END and HP, I like born Survivor 3, first aid and field surgeon and class freak which are a couple of differences between turtle and I. The negatives from mutations are noticable

I'm level 800+ and I only use Ultracite and hellcat. If you build your Ultracite PA right you will be fine. If you're on PS I can add calibrated shocks for you if you don't have that plan

I’m running a ultimate tank hellcat full heath build and iv ran the raid almost like 15 times so far and it only keeps getting easier, I use a quad napalm missle launcher 16rnds for the tail of the snake and it just melts it
General question, how are you critting every second shot with that setup? I see a base of 15+8 luck from the armor but no crit charge on the weapon 3rd star. How are you meeting the break point of 33 luck? Interested since im working on a vats focused heavy gunner now, only need one more piece with 2* luck.

Bloody heavy builds for every day play and traditional events, defently got a huge buff and are fun As for raids .... its not the best to use for raids, but its plausible to use up until the final Snake Boss (im a pretty skilled and Beta player, but the final boss is just to difficult to use bloody IMO)

@AngryTurtle yeah see I’m going based on your current build. Are you running food buffs in this vid? If you’re running buffs then that’s what I’m missing if not then it’s something else cause your not running strength on legendary slots nor carry weight on PA.
@ no your carry weight. I’m saying you don’t have any strength mods on guns or armor yet you’re at 485 for carry weight. I have the same perks and points allocation as you but I only sit at 450.
Is there a fusion core bug? i was battling the turret in the raid and i went threw 5 fusion cores shooting just 1 plasma gatling plasma core with vats and it drained 5 of my pa fusion cores ive went threw 19 fusion cores in one stage of the raid
Union is for extra carry weight and poison resistance. If you already have a perfect roll on other armor, keep using it until you have a perfect roll on a better armor. For me, I started with the excavator for the extra carry weight, but switched to union because excavator cannot be equipped with a jetpack.
I see a lot of people use the lifegiver perk card, but what would be the point of using it for a bloodied build? Won't the extra health you are granted just get taken up by rads or am I trippin? I thought it would only be useful for full health builds.
@jimbomctimbo1610 some parts of the raid eat a lot of health quickly even with overeaters. The born survivor perk isnt a solid safety net. I will try some adjustments but as an example the mole boss from nukes would wipe out 20% hp from its slam. Maybe try for a 40% ish threshhold? 🤔
With new junk shield and other perks I have near 700 energy res and 800+ normal on union PA. Vulkan seems fun till you realise you need mods for it. Ap regen isn't a big deal, hard to switch poison res and +75 weight for it
I do everything correctly but I figured out server lag doesn't allow me to spam stimpacks and I've never had a stable connection in all the years playing this game so the raid is an instant death every single try I've done. Even max health always 1shot. (T65bolstering set)
i switched to full health to do raids and was just tired of bloodied.... i currently use an instigating plasma caster instead of a bloodied one and i feel like its stronger even without adrenal reaction...? not many enemies survive the second shot and if i want dps i use AA gatling plasma.
Well yeah it’s a 100% damage buff instead of a max 95% (at 5% health most people would just have the 80% at 20% health) it just falls off a cliff once an enemy takes any type of damage
@@themartyguy oh yeah big time, which is why i use vats plasma caster crit build, using lucky for my 3 star, i can crit with it every second shot with only 23 luck. Legendary scorchbeast type enemies i just vats, AA gatling plasma them down in seconds. I just recently learned lucky is worth like 10 luck on a weapon so i was able to get away from the nuka cola dark build.
In my opinion 95% of what makes being bloodied worth it is the unyeilding armor so its strange to me you never once mentioned regular armor in the build. In regular armor the changes to bloodied is substantial. Even with a heavy gunner build using many of the same perks I am now using Vampires heavies at many events where you get mobbed to keep my low health build going in events.
My level 930 face after trying to solo the first raid boss with my supermegaultra build, after everyone and their brother put out RUclips videos showing how doable it is ----> 😒

yes perk cards calculate bonus based on your total stat
I have had a bloodied, 25%, 90% reduced weight plasma caster since a lil after wastelanders and I think I might have to crack it out!

Absolutely. You don't need to run scrapper, iron stomach, lifegiver, 1st aid, enforcer, or good with salt. That's 9 points when you're looking for 8.

yes, you need 33 luck total and just one 8 luck food does that with this setup

I’m running a ultimate tank hellcat full heath build and iv ran the raid almost like 15 times so far and it only keeps getting easier, I use a quad napalm missle launcher 16rnds for the tail of the snake and it just melts it
it's crazy how bethesda doesn't know how to make any mechanical adjustments that don't end up making low health stronger

General question, how are you critting every second shot with that setup? I see a base of 15+8 luck from the armor but no crit charge on the weapon 3rd star. How are you meeting the break point of 33 luck?
Interested since im working on a vats focused heavy gunner now, only need one more piece with 2* luck.

@@Mad_Ice_King Watch a player. You can tell by how they level. You can see it in the weapon/how they use it (agility/perception) And 1 out of 5 will brag about it. It's all over ebay and etsy and you can see #'s sold.

Why do you run AA on some weapons over bloodied?
Bloody heavy builds for every day play and traditional events, defently got a huge buff and are fun
As for raids .... its not the best to use for raids, but its plausible to use up until the final Snake Boss (im a pretty skilled and Beta player, but the final boss is just to difficult to use bloody IMO)

@AngryTurtle yeah see I’m going based on your current build. Are you running food buffs in this vid? If you’re running buffs then that’s what I’m missing if not then it’s something else cause your not running strength on legendary slots nor carry weight on PA.

@ no your carry weight. I’m saying you don’t have any strength mods on guns or armor yet you’re at 485 for carry weight. I have the same perks and points allocation as you but I only sit at 450.
Is there a fusion core bug? i was battling the turret in the raid and i went threw 5 fusion cores shooting just 1 plasma gatling plasma core with vats and it drained 5 of my pa fusion cores ive went threw 19 fusion cores in one stage of the raid

Add 5 Four Star Reflective Mods to T-65 💥
Keep it add aegis mods they are awesome for solo and teams play full set gets my ultracite to 1000 dr with my build and its boosts your teammates too
Union is for extra carry weight and poison resistance. If you already have a perfect roll on other armor, keep using it until you have a perfect roll on a better armor. For me, I started with the excavator for the extra carry weight, but switched to union because excavator cannot be equipped with a jetpack.
I think Sentinel is still broken and not working...

Yesterday sentinel mod was working fine today its bugged idk whats causing it to not work?
I see a lot of people use the lifegiver perk card, but what would be the point of using it for a bloodied build? Won't the extra health you are granted just get taken up by rads or am I trippin? I thought it would only be useful for full health builds.
You'll have more HP at 20% with it than without, just makes you tankier with Nerd Rage active

It’s very helpful I can pull 174 hp at 20% health so it barely ever get one tapped by pve enemies

Idk about bloodied this patch being better. Damage has fallen off by at least half and the npc enemies are tougher. 🤔
If enemies are tankier than bloodied is still doing the most damage to them, bloodied heavy gunners got huge buffs this patch
@jimbomctimbo1610 some parts of the raid eat a lot of health quickly even with overeaters. The born survivor perk isnt a solid safety net. I will try some adjustments but as an example the mole boss from nukes would wipe out 20% hp from its slam. Maybe try for a 40% ish threshhold? 🤔
I main carnivore and pop a serum every hour and get crit from veggies if needed
would a set of the new raid armor be a good upgrade from union?
With new junk shield and other perks I have near 700 energy res and 800+ normal on union PA. Vulkan seems fun till you realise you need mods for it. Ap regen isn't a big deal, hard to switch poison res and +75 weight for it

I do everything correctly but I figured out server lag doesn't allow me to spam stimpacks and I've never had a stable connection in all the years playing this game so the raid is an instant death every single try I've done. Even max health always 1shot. (T65bolstering set)

i switched to full health to do raids and was just tired of bloodied.... i currently use an instigating plasma caster instead of a bloodied one and i feel like its stronger even without adrenal reaction...? not many enemies survive the second shot and if i want dps i use AA gatling plasma.
Well yeah it’s a 100% damage buff instead of a max 95% (at 5% health most people would just have the 80% at 20% health) it just falls off a cliff once an enemy takes any type of damage
@@themartyguy oh yeah big time, which is why i use vats plasma caster crit build, using lucky for my 3 star, i can crit with it every second shot with only 23 luck.
Legendary scorchbeast type enemies i just vats, AA gatling plasma them down in seconds.
I just recently learned lucky is worth like 10 luck on a weapon so i was able to get away from the nuka cola dark build.

yes it is
In my opinion 95% of what makes being bloodied worth it is the unyeilding armor so its strange to me you never once mentioned regular armor in the build. In regular armor the changes to bloodied is substantial. Even with a heavy gunner build using many of the same perks I am now using Vampires heavies at many events where you get mobbed to keep my low health build going in events.

You need a full set of power armor helmet included it’s not counted as 5 pieces like normal armor you need all 6 to match
