Nice video Adam, and a decent Chub in the conditions. Hopefully it will stop raining for a few days to allow the levels to start going down a bit. The Trent is over its banks at the moment, so im making do with some pond fishing. Presumbly its a Tawny Owl. There's a resident pair at the club water i fish, that sit in the same tree every day. You can see them clearly during the winter when the leaves have fallen. Fascinating animals. I'll try conversing with them in future!
Thanks. I hope nobody’s homes get flooded out. I’m always tempted to go to still waters as at least you know that there’s fish in front of you (probably) depending on the venue of course. It’s definitely worth mimicking an owl call I’ve no idea what type it was but I was great fun chatting to it. Thanks for watching and commenting 💯🐟
@@matthewharding6245 I can only imagine the water around London areas after flooding (unless you meant somewhere else )🤢 and that’s my best description of the type of owl it was as well 😆 thanks a lot for taking the time to watch my video and leave a comment 🙏

Can't fault your commitment! Thr river isnt looking very inviting up here in Abingdon. That was a massive owl!
