It depends what you consider as an acceptable risk. Though it’s never happened to me, neopixel lightsabers run a risk of breaking an LED. However, for around $80-$100 you can replace the blade. While this lightsaber does not have a replaceable blade, it costs about the same as a replacement blade.
I have around $90 to spend on a lightsaber as I am on holiday and got some money but the Disney ones seem bad but I would like a saber for Hollywood studios I am in a predicament

I don’t recommend hitting it hard from the simple fact that the blade is not replaceable. If you wish to duel with a saber, I highly recommend a full feature neopixel that uses the standard removable neopixel blade.
Most removable neopixel blades from that come from the TXQ or LGT wholesalers (Artsabers are mainly an LGT reseller) will have duel ready quality. But if you want to upgrade to battle blade with a lifetime warranty, check out the ones from Bendu Armory. They will work on most neopixel type lightsaber hilts.

If you can live without a removable blade, I think you'll be happy with this one.

Not the one I got. I did hear a rumor a version had it, but not the specific one that I received.
The battery case is so cheap. I own one. It's a nice for the price. Can not upgrade
