This miniature twist on the all-American favorite, chicken pot pie, is the perfect finger food, great for a quick grab-and-go meal and they freeze great too, so you can reheat anytime! The best part is, the recipe is sooo simple to whip together a warm home cooked meal that took just minutes to prepare.

Mini Chicken Pot Pies
Yield: 12 mini pot pies
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (buttermilk, traditional or reduced fat)
1 cup chicken breast, cut into small cubes (about one 6oz. chicken breast)
1 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (carrots, peas, corn, green beans)
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup (regular or reduced fat)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (regular or low fat)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Separate biscuits into 12 rounds by removing a layer off the top of each of the 8 biscuit rounds to create 4 additional biscuits. Press each one in to the bottom and up sides of the muffin pan.
In medium bowl, mix together the chicken, vegetables, soup, cheese, onion powder and pepper. Spoon chicken mixture into each biscuit cup, dividing all of the filling evenly between the biscuits. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Cool for a minute or two. Remove from pan and serve.

I used to make everything from "scratch" . After a bad car accident I can barely cook at times. My husband and I LOVE chicken pot pies... and we do eat the frozen ones! I thought this was absolutely brilliant!!! AND I don't think it could be better any other way. I looked at several presenter on RUclips and this gal had by far, the most pleasant presentation and well thought out recipe I watched. What a cutie! I can actually make this and know it's going to be delicious and look beautiful. Thank you! for bringing your talent and lovely personality to us. Going to try these, yum! I’ve done about the same thing with the biscuits and scooped cooked ground beef with onion, Sweet Baby Ray’s bbq sauce, a little brown sugar and then sprinkle with a little cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes and omg they are good! My family loves them and asks for them often. Now will have to try the chicken pot pie as well! 🙂

This is perfect, just what I was looking for. I know how to make the from scratch long winded version but this is the bomb diggety quick and easy. Custom season if you want and pop it in the oven. I love it!

I love to bake. almost everyone cooks different. Just because she uses pre made items doesn't mean she didn't cook. I think it's a fun easy recipe that I'm going to let my granddaughter try. its a great way for young people to get in the kitchen and learn how to cook. start with the basics like how to use the oven the mixer oiling your pans then you can step up to the harder stuff. the next time my granddaughter comes over to spend the night I'm going to let her watch this video I think it's awesome. bet you ten-to-one she's going to want to make them!

I'm not sure why everyone is mad that it's not made from scratch, no where does it say that it's from scratch or home made or super healthy. Make it how you want it but don't come at her for making it her way.

It's because everyone, thank god, is finally waking up to the unhealthy ways of life. I agree with them as far as the health issue. I'd never use any of these ingredients. I'd use non gmo and or organic. They make that stuff in biscuits and soups and veggies!

I just made the pot pies and the recipe was really tasty! Granted it took me a lot longer to spread out the biscuits into wells and after baking it for 15 mins the dough still uncooked (popped it back in for another five mins); it was also a little too salty but I think if I was able to find the salt free cream of chicken it would've been perfect. Tip: use rotisserie chicken, that way the chicken is already cooked. Keep in mind it'll take extra time de-bone and shred the meat.
For a quick and tasty meal this is perfect! Nice job!

It's not that people are HATERS!! Wow! They just care about our future. Our kids future. The environment. Nothing wrong or hateful about that. They just want others to be informed and wake uo to all the bad stuff out there. I don't see that as hate. Try thinking with facts and not emotions.

I used to make something like this with thanksgiving leftovers but I would bring the dough over the top and make a lip fill then take part of a biscuit and press down to the lip ..cook and now you have pilgrim hats,,,kids loved them

Ive tried that before and that bread doesn't "stretch" or conform easily to the pan. It moves like rubber. You pull it and it bounces back. I recommend the thin pizza Pillsbury dough that comes in one giant circle and then take a regular cup and cut out circles of the thinner dough to line the pot pie with.

Ty for this wonderful video. I now have a way I can stop waisting pot pies. With my son being autistic, it is hard to get him to eat. My family loves to eat Pop pies 🥧 So we started with the Better quality Marie Callender’s. It always seem to much for him so I started feeding him the smaller banquet ones. Still he eats half and threw the other half away. I think this will be a perfect size for him and will definitely try them out. 🙌🏻👍🏻
