- Today, I am going to show you the easiest chicken pot pie bake you'll ever make. It is so easy and quick to put together, then bake until the biscuits are done. You could also consider this an easy chicken casserole dinner. The combination of the chicken, vegetables and biscuits make this a complete meal in one pan or baking dish. It's also a great way to use ready-made, store-bought rotisserie chicken. This is a great chicken recipe perfect for a weeknight dinner!

INGREDIENTS
2 lb rotisserie chicken
8-count can of jumbo flaky biscuits
10 oz mixed veggies
22 oz can cream of chicken condensed soup
2 3/4 cups of whole milk
salt and pepper to taste
9 x 13-inch baking dish
Bake at 350° F for 35 to 45 minutes
Separating the biscuits on half help to ensure the dough cooks through.

Watching him play makes me miss the days of my daughter practicing. Her hardest piece to learn was Bohemian Rhapsody! It even stumped her teacher for a while. Everyone at the recital LOVED it and she played beautifully!

I've made this recipe myself and we all love it. I only use half & half & pull the biscuits apart into bite sized pieces & cover the top of the mixture this way you get some biscuit in every bite without having to cut it. 😊

I usually use the Pillsbury pie crusts for my chicken pot pies but I will try this. I always use a can of veg all mixed vegetables. Now I'm hungry for chicken pot pie. Yum

Perfect. I had the same vegies. Used frozen chicken tenders and frozen Mary B's biscuits. Cooked the chicken tenders in a pot with chicken broth and let the biscuits and vegies thaw. I just used what I had. Your video was motivating..

Thanks, this will go into the rotation for family dinner. I have done a similar dish but didn't know that the biscuits needed to be split. That batch had soggy bottoms.

Want to make it simpler? I tried it exactly as you showed, but wanted an easier way. Here is what I did. I created the sauce exactly as you showed, except used less milk so it would not be so runny. Instead of a baking dish, I cooked it in a sauce pan. I then placed some parchment on a cookie sheet and baked the flaky biscuits exactly as per package instructions. After the biscuits were cooked, I took one and pulled it in half onto a dish and poured the sauce over it. It resembled a Biscuits and Gravy. To me, this was much simpler. 🙂
