I would use white meat chicken I either boiled or baked myself. This is a great recipe. Quick, easy and delicious with mashed potatoes and a side salad.

How very clever! Is canned chicken free of fat? (My granddaughter has an absolute thing about fat.) maybe I should stick with making chicken.
