Van Helsing's werewolf design has got to be one of the coolest and most terrifying I've ever seen. Vampires are strong and fast but I always viewed Lycans as being far deadlier.
@@CyanideAndSeratonin no he doesn't and for one reason: the werewolves from van helsing can be taken out only by silver and nothing else, Lucian and the lycans (and the vampires too) of underworld can be killed by normal means, you just need to do enough damage, meaning that in an actual fight between any of the werewolves from van helsing and any lycan from underworld the lycan starts taking damage and eventually succumbs while the other werewolf keeps regerating like it was nothing

Underworlds werewolves are a lot older and therefore stronger. Also you cant force underworld werewolf out of his transformation reverting it back to human form with a single needle.
