I really hate suppression rounds, stumbling zeds is GREAT especially husks its very noticeable at med-long range. Buuuuttttt, when fighting bigger zeds I end up wasting a good portion of my clip with misses with a big stumble, and in multi I can only imagine how bad it is for teammates. In stressful situations I personally found it to be more of a detriment then a boon? But its up to you at the end of the day. So I keep ammo vest on all the time, plus if theres support or ammo crates you can scoop them up on round 1 and not feel bad about it. I think selling the MP7 right away is a bad idea, since weight doesnt matter for good few waves still, even an empty one sitting there can sometimes get refilled and take out a fistfulla more clots? I've always been a big fan of it with swats quick swap speed you can get to it and pop some cysts lighting fast. But all that requires a level of micro managing that most folks dont care to do in relaxing shoot zombie game. The 201 is not "one of the weakest guns swat has". MP5 has higher damage and higher fire rate, ill give you that, but pure dps is not the only talking point here. What breakpoints are you actually hitting with that bonus damage? You headshot a bloat in 2 less shots then the 201. Siren with 1 less shot. 1 less shot to body shot a rioter. Even husks are only 1 less shot. So time to kill disruptors is a fraction of a fraction of a second slower (Also 201 has more total ammo, but the same clip, so more reloads is a fair critique of the gun). Now, its absolutely fair to say the MP5 is way better vs Large Zeds but outside of that? I find them to be nearly identical. Even in a damage x total ammo calc they are basically the same, with a very minor win from 201 cuz it has a few more clips in total, but dosh to damage is very very close to identical. But again, for example, a gorefast headshot with a 201 is nearly perfect 2 shots to kill it, where the mp5 is 34 damage headshot into a gorefast, so it still requires 2 shots, and you're wasting 20 of your of your "higher dps" into worthless overkill damage. I just think the idea that one is strictly better then the other is absolutely wrong. In another video you mentioned you hate medic because of the weak HMtech guns, which is totally fair everyone has their preferences, but mathematically and mechanically 201 is an absolutely perfect alterative to the mp5 and 100% keeps up with it. The 201 for me is so much more consistent I take it even in solo because I LOVE the wide open sight so much. I did a buncha testing tonight because I had the thought the MP5 was less accurate then the 201, but i'm big wrong. They are nearly identical in accuracy/recoil, personally i had harder time with the MP5, but it was only about -8% accuracy overall and I definitely have put in way more time with the 201, so any minor accuracy differences can easily be written off there. The only thing thats kinda measurable is I think the mp5 has more horizontal sway? But its nothing massive, just noticeable at mid-long range. MP5 was more of a circle and the 201 was more of a vertical line. Now, all of this is to say, the 201 is only better if you're constantly landing headshots, where the huge amount of extra ammo can really shine, outside of this, especially in stressful situations, the MP5 does WAY better at just hip firing into crowds due to its higher dps, but even there i'd say the nailgun can do that work perfectly fine too so IDK. 201 or MP5, are both the best choices for tier 2 depending on playstyle and what you need, but never take the tommy for swat-omg I hate it so much. I kinda hate bashing on the Mac-10 cuz its suuuuccchh and adorable little thing, but its pretty bad on swat. I already dont take more stumble, so the fear effect is SUPER annoying, it technically has faster time to kill on bloats but thats more. . theoretical then applicable from my experience. Also I tend to blow through its ammo even when im trying to conserve it, it really likes firing extra shots, and single shot mode is excruciating. For me at least, the guns kinda fighting me at every corner as I try to use it? Its not bad tho, if you're coming from firebug the familar feeling might make it way better in your hands? IDK. Not for me. The UMP with 2 upgrades and level. . 22? 23? Swat can 1 shot body shot cysts and clots. Cute! But I hate it lmao. Sadly even the Tommygun at max level is a low 10 damage off preforming this feat, so it still takes 2 shots to bodyshot them, RIP tommy gun on swat. I'm sad the Kriss has like NO niche anymore, because its such a cute gun. But it really has nothing, worse accuracy/recoil, nearly identical dps, doesn't have pen, doesnt have armor pen, doesnt even win on damage * ammo or dosh * ammo. I guess it stuns slightly more often I think? Maybe thats just the faster firerate talking? But then again the best stun in the game is reducing the zeds to 0 hp so ???????? On Fleshpounds / Quarterpound take downs with the nailgun. Single shot mode is far more efficient in either case, its very obvious with QPs. In Zed time or a large boss shotgun is wonderful tho--but. WIth Fleshpounds its a difficult story. Technically. If you hit every headshot nail while a fleshpound is slamming its arms on the ground, you can headshot it to death before it actually hits you. This kinda take down is HEAVILY dependant on player scaling. In solo, HoE, shotgun mode center of mass durring rage start is enough to kill-albiet wasteful. On HoE 6p scaling, TECHNCIALLY, if you hit ALL (I think you can miss 1?) headshots while a FP is starting its rage, you CAN kill it by yourself before it hits you--this requires v good tracking and a bit of luck with the spread. The tracking is kinda like a reverse J? Its a very fun takedown to practice! But ultimately not as useful as parry practice lmao I don't really notice a difference between +1 G36C and no upgrade version, and afaik there aren't any actual breakpoint differences? Maybe I missed one? The ttk on Scrakes wasn't even that much faster, so personally i'd say just go for medic pistol? (Even on boss waves the 15% boon just wasn't that crazy imo, ofc on solo theres no reason not to) The +1 bump just not a priority as a whole and is probs the last upgrade you aim for. On the other hand, the +2 Nailgun is quite noticeable, mostly because its a weapon built for a DPS race on FP/QPs, 30% more damage is very strong, plus when ripping through a horde at body level most things die in 2-3 shots. However, its not 100% needed either, in multi you have friends up help out and in solo, hp is fairly low so +0 Nailgun is more then enough. Ok so we freed up 3 weight, what are we going to possibly do with 3 weigh--This post is kinda just 201 propaganda, but seriously +2 Nailgun, +0 G36C and medi pistol is a wonderful loadout, but I also adore the 201, nailgun, G36C loadout (Because god forbid I actually use the G46C and its stupidly big ammo pool, must. be. efficient. can't. have. fun.) But I think you opened my eyes genuinely to trying out the +2 nailgun and actually leaning on the g36c more then the 201 in later waves--which feels just WRONG, because i've been playing the other way for such a long time, but dare I say it. . its been fun? Just relaxing on the effiency stuff and sitting down to enjoy shooting the expensive fun gun lmao.
I honestly like using Tommy Gun, its just to fun to ignore. Also I do think the HM Tech submachine gun is worth getting because of utility. Especially if you already have a big Zed killer and a firebug (the king of trash clearing). I think the most important thing to understand SWATs appeal is that it does trash clear very well WITHOUT causing chaos like firebug does! I know this vids old but keep up the good work!
"I think the most important thing to understand SWATs appeal is that it does trash clear very well WITHOUT causing chaos like firebug does!" Anyone who actually plays real multiplayer games are going to know anything from suicidal and higher, the zeds themselves are going to be causing all that chaos. Especially elite crawlers and bloats making it hard to see with all that green gas and puke all over the area.
@@BenderDaOffendayah but as a gunslinger/sharp I’d so much rather lane with a commando/swat that a firebug/demo… it depends on skill level tho. Any firebug who doesn’t know how to lane and doesn’t actually kill their zeds, just lights them on fire to be a nuisance to me trying to kill is annoying regardless of my perk.
battering ram is one of the most fun zed times but its actually pretty bad because if you run into enemy zeds and zed time just stops you might be fucked.
WRONG !!! BATTERING RAM can clear the way.....A COMMANDO PERK will increase the time duration. And a Support Perk will increase the duration that Commando can do this. I have killed HANS 16 seconds into the challenge, by ramming him into the Swimming pool!
i find that swat is actually really good at fighting bigger zeds, but you need to use and abuse of your flashbangs to get up-close to them and mag dump all your clip into the heads of the bigger zeds (scrakes are a joke to swats lol, but fleshpounds can be quite annoying since the flash only works when they're not enraged, so i tipically use cripple to slow 'em down when they're running after me)
Never take Suppression Rounds in my opinion. SMGs do so little stumble, you'll barely notice the skill is even turned on. P90 is actually a very good balanced weapon. High magazine, only 5 weight, choice between single fire and rapid fire, low recoil and comes with a scope. Not the best for large zeds, but pretty good for every other use. Bastion is actually my favourite gun for SWAT. SWAT excels at a tank build, and Bastion is the best gun to save your life and reloading ain't a issue. Just put up the shield whenever you're reloading.
@@Jmod8What's the point to play with them then? I'm personally boycotted them and some of HRG as well bcs they bad quality and broken,i don't want a bad content in this game that's why,but community seems like to enjoy consuming shit or either you don't want to use good balanced weapon then they have their broken counterparts which allow you not to struggle bcs you not good enough in this game, but good guide overall.

Lowkey needs to remake this video bc alot of the guns aren't on console anymore like the Riot Shield (miss that thing) and G36C

There’s 0 reason to not take suppression rounds? You can get both perk effects by dropping your guns like he explains
Great video. Can you do one on berserker?
Yeah I'll probably make one for him...eventually.
The only issue i have with the g36 is how badly animated it is which would kinda explain why it's overpowered
Yeah, welcome to modern KF2, a lot of the DLC guns tend to have balancing issues and are subpar in quality...

The main feature for Riot shield and HRG bastion is consuming incoming dmg,so your survivability increase way too high, they definitely broken weapons.
im coming over ok
