I put in my information and clicked next but exited out right when I suspected it was a phishing website...is my personal information such as debit card and social security # at risk? I did not submit anything but I'm worried that because I clicked "next" my information saved.

I went to my Apple ID Devices and everything seemed normal.

I am also worried that some day my mom or dad will pick it up, and follow those steps.

recieved 2 emails from an Apple Support about something about a purchase to google play for sim city and thank you for payments. Saying payment went through or thank you fir purchase of another online game purchase from ICloud.
