I kind of wonder if those rotten "plant" things somehow managed to bring out something sinister in her? Perhaps they reflected a past murder site that she committed? Thus -1? "One less person to deal with" or whatever? Either way Dedp has some... interesting maps and mechanics for sure.
For the record, I'm unsure if the ending is actually -1, that's just the listing on the wiki! It might well be in the files somewhere but I can't be sure.
I've heard that there's an event that makes the menu all messed up. Might be that! If it's persisting, it might be the japanese RTP, but I've never heard of that problem otherwise.

I think I heard somewhere that it's supposed to be Ending #6. Just so you know, there's no Ending #5.
