I’m seeing all these other comments about ads. That’s weird, I didn’t get any ads. I really liked this. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. It’s extremely painful and gives me spontaneous dislocations. All my joints are constantly subluxing- whether I’m laying down, sitting still, or moving around. I have to consciously think and plan before I make any movements at all. This means every step, every time I turn my head, lift my arm, touch an object, you name it. I have to plan ahead in order to get the joint back in the socket before moving it, and to make sure the movement won’t pop it back out. This goes for all my joints. I’m just writing this to raise awareness about this disorder. Most people never heard of it. Thank you for making this file. I can’t take any drugs or medications, so hypno is one avenue I can do to decrease my pain. Best wishes everybody 🙏
Thank you so much was just searching RUclips for pain relief I struggle severe chronic pain I’m on so many pain meds that don’t even help I have been asked to be taken off of them at this point. I rely heavily on guided meditation to survive and although I love them I was getting too used to Jason stephenson and micheal sealey so Ty so much ❤

This would have been one of the best sessions I've listened too. But just when I think I'm really relaxing an ad pops up.. I have chronic pain ...fibromyalgia and several other conditions. I quit opiates a couple years ago and I find meditation and hypnosis works. But not when the ads pop up abd break my concentration.

@@curiouskitty7972 I get that completely but meditation isn’t about comfort zones and meditations without music can create a deeper focus without musical distractions too. Mix it up for meditation growth and adventure
