- The shifting Warp Storms that surround the long lost Herakon Cluster have finally abated, leaving the ancient treasures and planets within this sector open to the rest of the galaxy. Now, the great factions of the galaxy mobilize their fleets and race to establish a foothold. The reward for successful domination surpasses all other concerns, and the price for conquering this sector will be paid in lives.

Maybe the best video about this game!
Well edited showing all element in question and under 20min you went trough the whole learn to play plus lots of small rules.
And since auto-generated sub are good since few years it make it even better for non english native.
Wish you could have done more.
Thanks.
Best Video for this Game on RUclips. If you would have a Channel just in this style, the audience would go crazy about it
Had no problem with the audio/video. Great job and I like the 50's style
Nice job, i don't get what the complaining is about. I could easily follow and see everything. Adding a little personality to a dry rules explanation is a welcome addition.
Love this game.. its a great option for those of us who want to experience some 40k goodness, but don't want to spend a gazillion dollars on plastic models.
Thanks for the time to make this video. It's a nice refresher.
I've watched a lot of board game 'How to Play's' and this is the best edited one I've ever seen. Thank you!
Love the 50s style video and great tutorial for the game
awesome video. loved the theme for it too. Thanks. Will probably have to watch a couple times because of all the game mechanics in play.
Great video. Wish you made more.
What were you thinking making the audio and video difficult to see and hear? You should have abandoned the gimmick after the intro.
I heard it perfectly from my phone
I found this video very well made and fun! And it teaches the game in a great manner!
Disregard the loud negativists, you nailed this one!
Thanks for the video! Very concise and accurate.
I found it very helpful and could understand everything. Keep up the good work!
awesome video mate!
Excellent. Wish I had this months ago to teach my friends.
Amazing video!
With headphones on PC I could understand it clearly. But I just tried to show a friend the video on my phone and the audio is quite distorted and hard to follow especially for a game with so many things needing explanation. Would be great if you could upload a second version with unfiltered audio.
Great video, where were you a month ago dammit.
+Cerealkila Mike Thanks man, sorry about the wait, we hope in the future to ramp up our production and come out with these videos much quicker!
Well done!!!
Hi, great video, thank you. Out of interest, what do you use to make the video (the card / board movements on the screen etc)? I'm trying to make a video of a game I designed but can't work out what to use :( Thank you
Trinketorium Everything on my end (editor) was done in Adobe Premiere with simple keyframing and scanning the pieces into a printer.
Lloyld Thank you for the reply :)
Love the style and great video.
The audio and video are obscured by filters. Was the intention to distort them, completely defeating the point of the video? #dointoomuch
Huh. Zero acoustic or optical problems with the filters here. I personally loved the Fallout-esque 50's public service announcement style. I'm in awe of how spot on even the manner of speaking is. A lot of work seems to have gone into the whole thing. This might be the coolest boardgame rules video I've ever seen.
Could have dialed back the lofi filter on the voice
The asian guy is hawt
Actually there are only 5 Chaos gods...
👏
I hate that 50's American style.
I don't, but it certainly doesn't fit this particular subject matter.
Man, the editing really did a disservice to this video. The most egregious being rather than highlighting certain things, you just blurred the entire screen except the area you were attempting to highlight, forcing viewer's eyes to search the blurry screen for somewhere to focus.
This video style and audio is tolerable (but still annoying and not fun to get through) if you are a native English speaker, but a complete nightmare if you show it to someone for whom English is a second language. In my gaming group we have a mixed selection of nationalities and they all hated this video when they realized it was the same format all the way through and they could hardly understand it without constantly repeating parts. :(
Could not understand a word you were saying.
Nope. This is an irritating way to explain a game.
There's no good how to play of this game in english. And you had to keep this gimmick up for the whole video?
