I love the Outrun original soundtrack. This track fits it too although there are more than 3 voices that SID could handle. It sounds refreshing though.
There is a great german 8bit band called Sputnik Booster, and their album Rocket Science (especially the song Pit Stop), really interesting 8-bit jazz by YMCK (Spy Me is a hit) and songs like Zizibum by X-ray, but all of this is more or less just pure 8bit/chiptune, and doesnt have the groove song Super Koto does.
