Maybe Cobb should just always say up front that he doesn't like Cohen and is therefore biased. That would save him a lot of blah-blah in this regard afterwards and he could go straight to presenting himself as such a serious and oh-so-characterful lawyer, when he was just as involved in Trump's machinations as president. But of course it's always easy to point to others and say "he was much worse than me!"

Behind the scenes, he's saying the same thing everyone else looking at this from an unbiased mind is saying. That this trial had no real basis of evidence and any conviction will be overturned.
There has yet to be any real proof of a crime. Is he a scumbag? Yes. Has he committed adultery? Yes. Is an NDA illegal? No. Is there any evidence linking his funds to election campaign funds? Not enough evidence for proof. This case should be thrown out.
