Nah you are almost right. It re-uses the same "who is Billy parts" because I didn't see a point in explaining it again. But it does focus on different material. The other Billy video a month ago was about 'how Tommy knew', this video is about 'the actions billy made against Tommy and the Peaky Blinders'.
