Hi everybody, I'm Rich, and welcome to my channel!
I've spent my adult life living with Borderline Personality Disorder, BPD, and Narcissistic Personality Disorder, NPD. I was finally diagnosed in 2019 and have spent the last three years working through therapy, which has recently come to an end.
In my videos I share my experiences living with these conditions, and the things I've learned about how to deal with them. I've come a long way in healing, but I'm nowhere near the end of my journey.
I'm definitely not any form of medical professional, and my videos should absolutely not be used in place of actual therapy or other real help. I'm just a guy with a camera and microphone, who loves the sound of his own voice.

Also, there’s inactive and active ADHD active ADHD is where somebody is hyper. That is a hyperactivity. One and inactive is where a person has more attention deficit disorder and working memory problems. Both of them can have a little bit of both but once more severe than other or one exhibits hyperactivity while the other does not.

Also people who are on the autism and ADHD spectrum tend to have a higher correlation with mental health conditions, including BPD, NPD, including the basic anxiety disorders and impulsivity, especially ADHD, depending on the severity

The waiting thing I think is a coping mechanism rather than an inherent trait. If you grew up constantly being scolded for being unpunctual as a result of time blindness, it's only natural to fear being late.
Liked your hardware/software analysis btw. I would also categorise autism as "hardware"

I have this too, but I think for me it's more of an anxiety response due to my BPD - but yes, if I start work at 3 I literally can't do anything until I get ready for work and it is like whyyyy... lol. I'll try your technique.
