So cool to have so many friends ! What therapy
Best therapy in the world!
It may seem odd but my best childhood memories revolved around perch our family and friends would come to our cottage for a feed of perch we all were involved young and old to catching cleaning and cooking and never took more than we needed ❤
Thanks for watching and commenting!
The wonderful thing about the Great Lakes is you can feed the fish without any worry of sharks getting interested.
Your story has made my heart smile, thank you very much!
That's so nice to hear! Thanks for watching and commenting!
loved the vid cool much love
You won me over!! Wrecks are one thing, but what lives in the lakes is so much more interesting and precious!
Great to hear we've got another convert!
We honestly think the dive industry short-changed the Great Lakes by marketing it only as a wreck destination. As you say, wrecks are interesting but a PADI survey showed that the number one reason most divers jump is for the opportunity to see living things!!
I've always done this in the Mediterranean! Always carry two or three cans of sardines plus old bread in a plastic bag: crack open the cans in the bag: the juice and oil mix with the chunks of bread and you've got a feeding frenzy after 10 mintes. Just like you explain, if you go back to the same place (even after only one day ) they are waiting for you: the fury is awesome to witness!
Very cool tip! Thanks for sharing!
Wow! That is awesome. I'm a Fisherman and my cousin is too. But he also is a Scuba Diver.
Now I need to tell him about feeding fish. I think he will just love the idea of feeding fish.
It's one of our favorite things to do underwater! Hope your cousin gives it a try!
So cute! Little Goby in there too?
Nice "Fish Cuddle Therapy," Amen, another glory of God. ♥🙏

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.
Did this snorkeling in St. Thomas with fish pellets that don’t get real soggy and it was awesome.
The funny thing is I met this guy irl and he told me about the channel here's a sub 🙏
That's awesome! Thanks for the sub!!
That's awesome!
Right!?! Sadly Fred hardly saw any perch this summer 😢 we're not sure what's up with that...
lmao this is awesome
I heard bass were really friendly and they will follow you around and claim you, fighting off other bass
It's true that they follow us around! I like to think it's cuz they enjoy our company but really it's because we kick over rocks and other stuff and they are hoping a crayfish or goby will pop out!! Friends with benefits?!
So fen cool . That’s what’s living is .
Cool way to feed perch and other fish .
It sure is! Thanks for commenting!!
Seen a couple Gobies in there.
Yep, this site is very close to where the round goby was first "introduced" ie dumped out of a freighter!
Thankyoun for sharing.
Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment!
Awesome!!!
would be a dream come true to go down and feed the fish
It's our favorite thing to do underwater! Thanks for watching and commenting!!
Go Polka !
Hello! Where exactly in the river are you feeding them?
@Lydia Leigh there is no "magic" spot. Just pick someplace that's easily accessible for you. The more you visit the more fish you will see.
How can a perch that small possibly break someones line? He must've took them into a snag
It's amazing how strong fish are even the little ones!
WHERE WAS THIS FILMED??
Hi Jim, we shot this in the St Clair River around Marysville
VERY COOL!! LOTS OF FISH.@@PolkaDotPerch
Great
Critters are great
Humans are the aliens
Squash the gobi
lol
Why don't you try netting the fish with the hook in it
We do try to remove hooks from fish whenever possible. Of course when they have issues they tend to be more skittish. Sadly, Fred wasn't able to catch this one to help it out. Thanks for watching and commenting!
